Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The studio apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee maker and fridge. In addition, cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has terrace furniture. Unfortunately no view but directly at the ski bus stop.

The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

The stay with Leonard was wonderful overall. He was easily accessible and super flexible with our check-in and always helped us directly if we had a demand. The apartment is very nice and with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen-living room and balcony you have plenty of space. It was very clean and we felt very much at home. The only small drawback was the large street, which leads directly past one of the bedrooms, which was not quite clear to us by the description. As a result, it was sometimes a bit noisy in one of the two rooms in the morning. But that's really just a small thing. In winter, you are also superbly connected by the street and the bus stop. That's why we would definitely come back to Leonard's place and book the place again.

The house is amazing with mountain views and can see sunrise from the windows. For animal lovers, you can just head over to the barn near Bierol to see cows. The host also recommends the famous brewery nearby and the food & beers are excellent. Is a famous historic house by a famous musician so we are so humble to stay in. Washing & drying facilities are good. Would love to stay with them again!!

We stayed with 3 friends in villa itter for a short ski. It met all expectations, the good weather was the icing on the cake! We arrived at 01:00 at night but the instructions were very clear and we did not encounter any issues. We were not short of anything. We are considering planning several more short skis here!
