We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

Beautiful place! We loved the local hikes, summer toboggan, and exploring nearby towns.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

Amazing views and an otherworldly location in a serene meadow overlooked by the Kehsteinhaus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Berchtesgaden area. The restaurant which the property is attached to also serves excelled Bavarian food from Wednesday to Sunday.

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

The three of us (one adult and two teenagers) spent a wonderfully relaxing week here. Christoph is a great and uncomplicated host who responds very promptly to questions. The cottage itself is exactly as described. The journey is via a narrow path (on which two riders met us upon our arrival, which led to a not so easy "reverse driving action"). Behind the house, a stream splashes, but you can't hear it with the windows closed (although I'm quite sensitive to noise), in front of the house, a hiking trail passes by that we used for two tours ("Hochebene Maria Elend - Kapelleralm Runde von Embach" and "Spektakulärer Skywalk - Taxenbach-Wasserfall Runde von Taxenbach" ... just check Komoot). The mountain golf course (clubs and balls are available in the information office in the village) is also fun. Culinary, the pizzeria Langreiter is highly recommended. The only sticking point: the bunk bed for people > 1.90 m.

We stayed in Juliet's accommodation for less than a week and felt very comfortable. Cozy atmosphere, clean, and a dream area. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding. So an absolute recommendation also with children !

We loved the place from the start. It is really very well prepared and decorated with a lot of love for detail everywhere. The location is absolutely perfect with the 1350 meters It is quiet and we were also able to experience a lot of snow up there, which turned the entire area around the accommodation into a real romantic winter wonderland. Britt and Maikkel were really super great hosts. One evening there was also a meeting with drinks and snacks where you could get to know both the guests (we only had 2 other people) and the hosts. A really nice idea. Our place was very clean and lovingly designed. There was everything you need. The terrace really made something of the view with sun and snow. The sauna area was also a highlight. Perfect for relaxing. There is plenty to explore in the area, whether summer or winter, there is always something to explore. We would come back!

The apartment is just like on the photos: a lot of space, a lot of light and breathtaking views. Super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and many games like table tennis, mini billiard and more. A huge bonus in a hot weather is an access to the private lake few steps from the building.

The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is ideal, you can reach the Streif on foot. Peter was super nice and helpful, the contact was straightforward. Clear recommendation!

Magical stay in Alpbach – we’ll be back! We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful home in Alpbach. The house had everything we needed, and the option to order fresh homemade bread, cheese, and eggs from the farm every morning was such a treat. We completely fell in love with the Alpbachtal – there were countless hiking options and enough fun activities for the kids too. But the true highlight was Gitti, who helped making our stay special. She provided fantastic tips, shared local stories, and made sure we felt at home. We’re already thinking of our next visit – highly recommended!

Our vacation at the mountain hut was wonderful. The cabin is very clean and really has everything you could need. You can start a hike directly from the cabin to the Kellerjoch hut (highly recommended) or walk 8 minutes down to the elevator, saving you 1-2 hours of walking distance. Michael and Marie were very nice and made sure that everything really fits and you feel comfortable with you. There are also tips from you where to eat well and what to do.

The facilities were nice and cozy. Communication was fast. They were proactive in trying to help. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

A nice and large house in a fantastic place if you want to ski (and are not afraid of a red slope). Beautiful views. The house is cozy and homey, is also used by the residents themselves, so keep in mind stocked kitchen cabinets and personal belongings here and there. That is not disturbing, there is enough space to store your own belongings. The house was clean, the bedrooms spacious. The beds were made up on arrival and slept fine. The sauna is also nice after a day outside in the snow. For groceries or (fresh) bread, you have to drive 10 minutes and there is no Wi-Fi in the house. In any case, we had a wonderful few days

A quiet wonderful vacation in a totally idyllic location. Katharina was always super friendly and easy to reach. Those who love peace and still want to experience a lot around it are very well taken care of in their mountain hut. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely week and many great hikes in the area, but you had to take a short tour by car to some of them. The views from the terrace were great and we spent many nice breakfasts and evenings there. A little more equipment in the kitchen would have been great (e.g. an additional small cutting board or more beer glasses). We did not use the sauna due to the sunny weather, but it would have been there. Overall, we had a very nice vacation with a very nice hostess.

Loved the beautiful views and the feel of staying in a home from almost 500 years ago. Enjoyed the gas grill and fancy coffee maker!

Comfortable accommodation for one family, privacy, perfect to listen to your music through quality speakers in the cottage, great coffee machine as we are coffee drinkers, sauna top. Great view! The only problem is the snow in February, which the owner can't.
