The historic walls from the beginning of 1900 breathe history from all corners and angles. The unusual architecture overwhelms you as soon as you enter. The room on the 2nd floor is separate from our private apartment on the 2nd floor and has its own separate bathroom that is used exclusively by you.

Villa Flora on the Rheinsteig, ideal for hiking

Villa Flora is located directly by the forest. In about 100 m, a forest path leads up to the Rhine trail - an ideal location as a starting point for hikes. The house is a semi-detached house, surrounded by a lovingly designed garden, with fireplace, herbal spiral, two sun loungers and enough seating. In the living room is a wood-burning stove and piano. On request, we can build the second bedroom (bed 220x130) into the living room. Then the red sofa is replaced by 2 armchairs.

In addition to the opportunity to rest, relax, slow down and feel good in an aesthetic ambience, the 60sqm loft offers the immediate location on the edge of the forest, which invites you to go hiking with breathtaking views or remote paths in the Siebengebirge. As well as city culture in Bonn or boat trips on the Rhine to Cologne or Koblenz.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In this modern apartment I offer space for 2 persons. A beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and feel-good bath, as well as a large kitchen with full amenities await you. Dear guests, our apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We extensively renovated it over the past year. We have renewed the entire bathroom ceramics and refurnished the other rooms except the kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
