The unit is one block from bike trails, public transportation into the city and award winning restaurants like 2FiftyBBQ and Manifest Bread. With a separate entrance and private front porch to enjoy, the suite is attached to our home but is its own separate unit. Convenient location close to UMD or spacious hotel alternative for business trips or for those wanting to easily explore the sights in downtown DC.

Julie was a super-host in every sense – super responsive, super helpful, and just a pleasure to communicate with. Huge thanks again! To anyone thinking of staying here: don’t even hesitate. 1. The place is a gem – peaceful, beautifully set, with a lovely garden out back that you access through a sunny terrace. Perfect spot for working, having lunch, or just unwinding with a view of greenery all around. 2. It feels totally safe (there are outdoor cameras and motion-sensor lights), 3. And the room? Fully equipped, super clean, and decorated with great taste and attention to detail. Plus, Julie’s instructions on day one made everything easy and stress-free. Bottom line: if this place is available, grab it. You’ll be glad you did.

Super fast check in and out. The room is the same as in the pictures. Good place to spend the night.

I was adding a church convention during my stay. This was the perfect location as it was right around the corner from the church. The unit is as pictured. Quinta, was very responsive and helpful with answering questions prior to booking. I would love to book again if available when in the area. The only issue is parking is a little tight in the driveway if you have a midsize car or larger. And that there is a four day minimum stay. So I will be unable to use this location for future upcoming church events later this summer 🥲. But overall excellent stay and, great pricing. Thank You Quinta!
