The place has gorgeous views in all directions and you can hear the sound of the ocean below in the background. It's a very peaceful, quiet and private location. The apartment was super clean and spacious, we were very comfortable there. The hosts were very helpful and went out of their way to help us find our way to the house in the dark. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was the second time we stayed at Luz place and again we had a great stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at this Airbnb for our bachelor trip in San Juan! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The host was super responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The place itself was clean, spacious, and perfectly located, just minutes from the beach, Old San Juan, and all the nightlife we were looking forward to. Whether we were relaxing at the house, heading out for dinner and drinks, or exploring the island, this spot was the ideal home base. The amenities were great, and the setup was perfect for a group of guys looking to celebrate, unwind, and make some awesome memories. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the comfy beds to the stocked kitchen and chill hangout areas. Highly recommend this Airbnb to any group looking to have a great time in Puerto Rico. We’d 100% book again!

The Marabella Club condo is a unit on the 3rd floor with a mountain view and a few steps to the pool area and beach. Very quiet and beautiful. We would walk along the beach or lay by the pool and see very few people. Mostly Americans and very friendly employees particularly appreciated Gustavo at the gate (who can answer questions and provide helpful suggestions). When you arrive, there is one gated entrance into Palmas Del Mar and another gate into Marbella Club. The condo was clean, very soft bath towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has a cabinet with condiments, basics, newer appliances, coffeemaker, airfryer. The countertop could be updated but very clean. We stopped after airport and bought groceries at Ralph’s in Humecao as there is only a small market in Palmas Del Mar (plaza). The only challenge was the elevator is not available now as they are installing a new one so you must use the stairs. Favorite restaurant- Bocata! Thank you Jose!

This house was PERFECT & then some!! Rocky sent us a list of recommendations to do which was great. Everything inside the home was nice & clean. The area was perfect; Nice & quiet. You get some great views during the day and night! There is no complaints here, My guest and I definitely enjoyed our stay! I would definitely come back & book again with Rocky :)

My trip to PR was short but jam packed with activities, and this place was a good place to stay after a long day of exploring. Super calm and quiet area. Comfy and comfy apartment. I enjoyed my stay.

Super convenient location + space was spacious and clean. We fell in love with the cats outside of the door. They were so lovely and greeted us every time we came in and out :)

The places was a home away from home. We had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Close to restaurants and beaches. The Uber’s were very cheap. I will definitely book will book again!!! Great Host!

Wow. What a place. This is a great property, less than a block from the ocean, and with a nice view from the front balcony. There are great restaurants in walking distance from the property and Cecilia was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and a very generous soul. The property also had some beach chairs which was great for us. We had a great stay and would return again! Thanks so much, for a great stay, Cecilia!

I don’t have adequate words so soon after leaving to express the feeling that stays with me after being at orchid house for a week. All I can say is that my heart is full. If you are a person who isn’t looking for fancy, and whose idea of contentment is lying in a hammock listening to all the sounds of life teeming around you, this is a place you’ll never want to leave. Wonderful hosts and truly an extraordinary place. A work of art in every way. So grateful to have experienced it!

This place is perfect. Has every amenity you could think of, and the salt water pool is amazing. If I could give them 20 stars, I would. Thank you Nathan for being flexible allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We will definitely be back.

This Airbnb was great for my 30th birthday. The pictures don’t do the scenery justice. The host was fast responding and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would say is a rental for transportation would be nice to have considering the location of the Airbnb is about 30 minutes away from San Juan. Other than that I had a great stay!

From booking to checkout, Connie was amazing. She sent us several suggestions for coffee shops, excursions and restaurants. The house was immaculate, and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook, she provided beach towels which was so helpful and the home is gorgeous. The views from the pool are breathtaking, the photos in the listing didn’t do it justice!!! Such a perfect vacation home!

Christopher’s place was great! Location- maybe a 5mins drive to Luquillo beach and lots of eatery as well! Perfect! Place-easy to find as it is right off the highway. Private parking space. Quiet neighborhood. This home sits on an uphill with a beautiful view. We stayed at the lower level of this two floor home and it was lovely! An outside area to enjoy your morning coffee, great working AC, and all the little home items you’d love such as a coffee maker, cups, fridge, regular and beach towels… Host-great communication, responsive and very friendly! Had the pleasure of meeting them :) Overall so happy we found this place and would definitely recommend to those looking to stay around the luquillo area.

Gentle Winds is a great spot! I’ve stayed at this complex a few times, Barbara’s place is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at yet! This was the sentiment of many in my party. It was updated, and very clean. The condo had everything we needed for my family to be comfortable. We especially loved sitting out on the porch in the morning for coffee. Barbara and her cohost were super helpful with all of our needs, and very responsive. I would definitely stay at this place again, and I would highly recommend to anyone, if you’re thinking of staying at Gentle Winds, that you stay with Barbara.

Marissa is quick to respond to any of your doubts or questions you may have. This is my first Airbnb experience and Marissa made me feel at ease with how the check-in process work and where to park. I am extremely grateful for Marissa’s hospitality and look forward to repeating my stay in the near future.

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

We had the most wonderful family vacation staying here! Bri’s place is beautiful, perfectly appointed for our needs, and eating breakfast on a patio looking out on the rain forest cannot be beat. Rio Mar is well located for easily checking out San Juan, hiking the rain forest, accessing supermarkets and great restaurants, and the all time highlight of being close to so many spectacular beaches. On top of all of this, the Rio Mar resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and using a golf cart to access this massive resort. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The resort is in a great area. It’s near the ferry to St John and near Red Hook area (restaurants). The beach is private and has beautiful views. The staff were friendly.
