Vacation rentals with a patio in Uniondale

The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people. It’s very clean but not fancy. John was very attentive to my needs and was responded to my questions right away. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. There were a variety of restaurants within a short drive. There was off-street parking and I felt safe leaving the car the whole day.

Our stay at Gonza's in North Bergen was very successful. The place was very easy to find thanks to the description. The entire place was really very clean and equipped as described. We felt very comfortable and it was just the right thing to unwind and rest in the evening after exciting days in New York. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, from which you can reach New York in 30 minutes (with good traffic conditions) to 45 minutes (if there is a little more going on). So we always had to plan some travel time, but that was also stated in the description of the accommodation. Gonza was always available for us immediately for questions. Overall, we felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a New York trip.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

Great place, very clean and a nice relaxing yard. Host was very welcoming and responsive. In walking distance to a good pizza place. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

The Air BnB was very nice. On the corner of the street there is a bus that will take you directly to NYC, which we took full advantage of. The Air BnB is located in a quiet neighborhood and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Great for what we needed. Easy check in, responsive host. The bed was really comfy. We got some great bagels and good coffee less than 10 min away!

Our stay was cozy and fantastic. The place was clean, comfortable and as advertised. I stayed there with my entire family and it was spacious with everything we needed. Comfortably slept 8. The bunk beds are full beds (just mentioning this as they are bigger than the photos look!). The game room, hot tub, and small photo area were a hit! It was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do while there. Lots of great restaurants around. Would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely return in the future. The owner was very responsive, kind, and thoughtful!

It was a great place to stay . Our family was so happy staying at the place. There’s no complaints getting there or even in the house. Very affordable too. We can definitely recommend you to staying here metro is near to go downtown.

Prince was a wonderful host..everything was just as listed in a peaceful and private location. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a weekend getaway.

Loved this place! Squeaky clean and the air conditioner units were surprisingly effective even on super hot days! And loved that there are large Smart TVs in both bedrooms fully equipped with all the apps. Just take note that the bathrooms are not upstairs by the bedrooms, we didn't notice that at first. But other than that, an amazing house and stay!

Carmen’s place was great, very spacious, neat & clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were also all done up real nice. It was perfect for 4 families and the basement was perfect for the kids. The house was pretty close to everything and the street we were on was very quiet. Carmen and Louis were both very responsive to our needs and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again. Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . We loved our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-stocked, and located in a charming part of Hoboken. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area
