Beautiful space both inside and outside. Location connected to the animal farm and bakery was so charming. Location was perfect for the family reunion nearby. Easy parking. Clear communication made the stay seamless.

As business professionals visiting the area for a nearby charity golf outing, this was our second stay at this beautiful home—and it was just as pristine as last year. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail inside are exceptional, and the waterfront deck offers stunning views that make for a truly relaxing experience. Super cozy, quiet, easy in and out when staying in Westbury. In a nice quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the area and easy parking. Kaivan was also very helpful and responsive!

Beautiful Airbnb! Very comfortable and pristine with amazing accommodations. Alex was very responsive with all questions I had. He also was able to accommodate me when I requested to have another day at Airbnb. Overall one of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! 5 stars

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. The pool was a massive bonus for sure! Comms with David were great, he was very quick to respond at all times on any queries we had, much appreciated indeed. Many thanks again, Rich

Carmen’s place was great, very spacious, neat & clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were also all done up real nice. It was perfect for 4 families and the basement was perfect for the kids. The house was pretty close to everything and the street we were on was very quiet. Carmen and Louis were both very responsive to our needs and easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again. Sal is a gracious host! Linens were clean and soft. Parking is tricky but Sal had great recommendations. Unit is tastefully remodeled. Cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in!

The overall cost was a bit pricey, but the responsiveness of Lavish & Live and being downtown and included parking made the price more reasonable. I would book again.

The Airbnb was spotless with nice furniture. We had five people and all fit comfortably. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Wir haben uns in Wohnung von Cecia sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sicher. Die Kommunikation war schnelll und freundlich und wir haben von ihr und ihrem Mann viele wertvolle Tipps bekommen. Vom JFK Flughafen waren es ca. 2 Stunden mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr zum Appartement. Um nach Manhatten zu kommen gibt es mehrere Buslinien, die Haltestellen sind 2 bis 10 Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe des Appartements sind auch fußläufig viele Restaurants und Bäckereien, sowie Supermärkte. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. :-)

The place is smaller than I anticipated, but I highly recommend it. You have absolutely everything you can ask for. Clean, beautiful, easy to access + having some snacks, sodas, tea and coffee on the house, it really surprised me. Definitely recommend this place and for sure I'll go back one day!

It was an awesome place to stay! I would love to come back but it’s a bit pricey to stay for one night. Still worth staying for the view though, it was beautiful!

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

Niraj was an extremely responsive and accommodating host. The place was very clean and included everything you’d need including extra blankets and towels. Niraj provided us complimentary late checkout and was kind when we were there even past our late checkout time as we were still packing up the car.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was comfortable for us to sleep 4 people. The bedrooms were nice and bathroom recently updated. We experienced some loud noise from the above neighbors on a Sunday morning but other than that it was quite. There is a nice washer and dryer with detergent that we used too. It was also nice to be close to Pershing field park and not far to get on the PATH train into NYC.

Everything about our stay was great! The home was comfortable, beautiful, clean, unique, as described, with amazing views! We would definitely stay here again when coming to the City. Alex was a very responsive host from the very first contact. All of our questions were answered within minutes. I would recommend this home and working with Alex any time!
