This has been exclusively my home for the past 7 years. It still is my home but I recently remolded a private wing for guests and after being in hibernation for a few years, it is back on the market for visitors with a private entrance & completely private quarters. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks, light rail, and major attractions downtown, including the Ball Center, Larimer Square, the Rockies ballpark, Mile High Stadium and Union Station. Stairs are required to access all levels. A maximum of 4 people - our sofa is not designed for sleeping.
