Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Union City

My party of 4 booked a last minute stay at Yousef’s place after our previous accommodations were cancelled on us and we couldn’t have been happier! The condo was very clean with modern decorations. Yousef was easy to communicate with prior to the stay as we had messaged him in advance in order to have the air mattress set up for our group. His responses were always professional and timely. Location wise, the 154 bus is about 5 minutes from the condo and takes you right into NYC. The area is also very close to some great Mexican restaurants, about a 15-20 min walk. I would highly recommend this Airbnb if you are looking to stay in Jersey and are looking to get into NYC easily. Note: as stated in the listing, the sofa is not a sofa bed but can comfortably fit someone around 5ft 10 laying down.

The place is exactly what we are looking for. It’s clean and modern. Tasteful decor. Plenty of amenities. A couple mins walking away to public transportation to NYC. Responsive and friendly host. Very happy with our stay.

Was a Amazing stay, I mean parking was hard to find other than that had a wonderful time here no complaints at all! Will book with her again next trip out there!

I would recommend this space for individuals or couples looking to stay in the heart of New Jersey. Listing looks exactly like the pictures. I really enjoyed the “sunroof” situation. Overall had a great stay. Would not hesitate to stay agiain.

Het verblijf was heel gunstig gelegen, vlakbij de bus die van en naar New York City rijdt. Het lag in een heel mooi en statig appartementsgebouw. De gebruikte materialen in de inrichting waren heel kwalitatief. Elke ochtend wakker worden met zicht op de skyline van New York was magisch! Een prachtig verblijf waar we zo terug zouden komen!

Wonderful stay at Avery's place in Weehawken. Size of the the apartment was a positive surprise, bigger rooms and much more space than expected. Decor was modern and minimalistic making the place very functional yet nice and cozy. loved the wood floor! Kitchen and bathroom looked newly renovated and with nice details like a heated bathroom floor. If the apartment was great, location was even better. An easy 10-15 min ride to Port Authority in Manhattan, a short walk to Hamilton Park with the best Skyline view, plus plenty of restaurants, stores, a supermarket, all handy. And Avery was the prefect host, always easy to reach and ready to help. Hands down best place to stay when visiting NY. Definitively will be back again!

Ultan picked us up from JFK and gave us a tour of Manhattan before taking us to the apartment, even stopping to pick up some groceries. He could not have been more helpful. The apartment was very comfortable especially the beds after a long day exploring the city. The neighbourhood was nice and we felt safe in and walking about. The apartment was very clean and quiet and we would recommend it and the host to all we know as our experience was excellent and memorable for the right reasons. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. Using the pick up and drop off option left us with no stress travelling and allowed us to maximise our time in Manhattan . The bus journey to the Port Authority Bus Terminal at times could be about 15 mins and the buses run frequently so the apartment is ideally placed, and there’s a lovely reservoir/ park very close to run or walk around. New to AirBnB this stay delivered very highly and I hope future stays will match the standards set .

Amazing stay! From check-in to check-out, we had the perfect stay! Very clean, comfortable and a good view of the city skyline on a good night. Bus to the city comes fairly frequently but with how the Lincoln tunnel is, be prepared for a 10 minute bus ride to take up to 30 minutes. Air conditioning is a bit on the loud side but it acted as perfect white noise for us. There are many restaurants nearby, most of them within walking distance.

The brick wall house was a great stay with beautiful interiors. It felt like home with all the amenities available, also very clean. Andres was very responsive on replying to messages and also provided blender on my request. Great host. Had a small confusion on the doors and it's keys, Andres helped in sorting it out immediately. The only draw back in this stay happened to be the neighborhood it was not suitable for walking around at night. Just couple of streets past this ocean avenue was very pleasant and good neighborhood but not this one. Use only cabs and delivery apps at night.

Jami's place is great. It was clean and exactly what we expected. The rooftop view was amazing. You can see the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center from the roof very nicely. The large open kitchen and living room was great for our group as we weren't all on top of each other. The price was great, and it was a great way to experience New York City without staying in NYC.

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

We had a lovely stay! Looked just like the photos and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Conveniently located near MetLife Stadium which was our whole purpose of staying here. Would def stay here again.

Cody's place exceeded our expectations and was just right for our family. We didn't have a hard time choosing our Airbnb because everything about the listing stood out. Cody has also been very kind and responsive throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

Meine Tochter und ich haben schöne Tage in NJC verbracht, Ilan war sehr nett und hat sich auch nach unserem wohlbefinden erkundigt. Mit dem Bus der ca alle halbe Stunde fährt, waren wir zügig in NJC. An der Promenade am Wohnort haben wir die Abende sehr genossen. Rundum alles prima!

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

Aj's Airbnb is extremely quiet and in a fabulous location near Stevens and all of the restaurants on Washington Street. The apartment is spacious with a super comfy sofa and great view of a church steeple out of the windows. The bed is also comfortable and the bedroom has a lot of storage with two closets and a dresser--I appreciated the full length mirror as well. The elevator is such a bonus when traveling with luggage and the wide, open staircase is also very nice for coming and going. AJ was very receptive and responsive when I contacted him with a question.

This location was perfect for my entire family and accommodated seven comfortably. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who’s interested in staying in Hoboken. I would even consider staying again myself. Laurie was very accommodating the first day because we arrived into town early and she was able to accommodate our luggage before check-in. That was extremely helpful to us helped us. Laurie as a host is a five star as well as her location. Thank you once again for an enjoyable stay.

This place was amazing. Cozy, homey, friendly and warm, everything you could think of. Ozge helped us a bunch with clear instructions of check in and check out and was always responsive whenever something came up. I would 100% stay here again!
