An amazing place with a beautiful skyline looking into the city. Getting into the city was very easy (NJ transit or Port Imperial ferry) which took 15 minutes max. The neighborhood is very safe and we felt comfortable walking in the park across the street. There are good food options within walking distance. There is a huge park 1.5 miles away with pickleball and tennis courts. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect accommodation if you are going to spend a few days sightseeing in New York, it is about 30 minutes from Times Square by bus, very easy to catch. Elaine was very friendly and helpful at all times. The only bad thing about the accommodation is that you can hear all the noise from upstairs, sometimes making it a little difficult to rest.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

The place was amazing, so incredibly clean and the neighbourhood was lovely. The location is perfect and only a 20min bus ride into the city. Zu was an amazing host and made the trip extremely easy and communicated all the instructions perfectly :)

Absolutely amazing. The suite was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. Would stay here again without question. Close to the bus station, so able to explore the area without the hassle of parking. Incredible place for an incredible price!

10/10 would recommend Emily's place to any and everyone! The home matched exactly how the photos looked prior to booking the AirBnb, the home was very neat and clean, there were playing cards and board games for family fun, all necessary utensils for the kitchen, the bus stop to the city was a short walk straight from the home, there was a nice shopping area that included nice restaurants a short Uber ride away, and the daily trip to NYC was easy and cost effective. Emily was so responsive the entire trip whenever help was needed. The view of the city from the Main Street not too far away from the AirBnb was amazing! To us it was the perfect calm, quiet place to sleep every evening but not too far away from the city to go out and have fun during the day! Thanks for the amazing stay Emily! We will definitely be back!

What a GEM... PERFECT spot for visiting NYC! So close to bus stop and so easy to get to the City. Great neighborhood, located directly across from the skyline... the view is breathtaking! Can't say enough about Mary... what an amazing host! She was so friendly, thorough with instructions, extremely helpful with tips and recommendations, and quick to respond to any questions! The place was absolutely SPOTLESS and had everything we needed and more! Thank you, Mary!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our family of 5 relaxed and slept comfortably after long days of walking in New York City. The 123 bus from the Port Authority was really easy to take to Manhattan. It was so convenient having the grocery store right near the Air BnB and the people in the neighborhood were really friendly. We loved the Puerto Rican and Dominican snacks at the store and the community feel of this neighborhood. Thanks!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. The neighborhood was peaceful, and I felt completely at home. I’d definitely stay here again highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality!

Mary’s Place is a hidden gem in the NYC & New Jersey area. The neighborhood is a quiet and very safe, family friendly location. The views of Manhattan that you can find, just a few blocks away, are AMAZING! There are also lots of ethnic places to eat within a few blocks (Italian, Columbian, Argentinian, etc.) Bus transportation to Midtown Manhattan is literally 2 blocks away and the ride is about 15 minutes. Mary’s Place is was extremely clean, private, and with all the amenities. Beds were extremely comfortable too. When we go back to the NYC area, we will definitely rebook Mary’s Place!

Neha’s apartment was great for visiting New York City. Quick walk to the bus stop that drops you right off at 42nd street. Being to take multiple busses into the city was super convenient. The apartment itself was clean and designed very well. Very bright and spacious. My guest and I enjoyed having our own bedrooms and bathrooms during our 4 day stay. The kitchen with stocked with everything we needed and it was nice to have a refrigerator to store left overs. Bathrooms were cleaned and had several toiletries and supplies. The in-unit laundry worked well and was super convenient. While we spent most of our time in NYC, we did manage to walk around the neighborhood and checked out a local restaurant. Would recommend the neighborhood if you’re staying local. Overall great experience! Thank you, Neha!

I had a really nice stay at Ana’s. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt safe, and the unit was spacious and as-described. I had everything I needed and it is a large unit. Ana was very helpful and communicative, and very sweet! I would definitely recommend staying here. The unit is up on the 3rd floor with narrow stairs, but I didn’t mind the exercise. I only mention it because it may be difficult for some. The view is very pretty once you’re up there! Thank you, Ana!

Everything was perfect! Super clean environment, easy to get in and 15 to 20 minutes from Times Square. Derby really helped me get to the accommodation on the first day. Everything was perfect!
