Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Unguja North Region

The apartment is perfect for walking to restaurants and enjoying the beautiful beach. Different to most airbnbs we’ve stayed at - Not totally private as it is more of a family hospitality feeling rather than hotel style airbnb. We appreciated the local recommendations and daily clean, comfortable bed, breakfast, meals on request, and the onsite general manager. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and flexible for timings. It is Zanzibar so expect some small hiccups such as short power/wifi/water cuts - a small price to pay for paradise.

Room was right on the beach! We were treated very well and the host replied quickly when we had questions.

Es war ein toller Urlaub mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist komplett neu und wird liebevoll von Lisa und ihrem Mann gepflegt. Alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück gesund und nahrhaft. Wie man es sich wünscht :) In 5 Gehminuten ist man an einem tollen Naturstrand, der nicht von vielen Touristen belagert ist und man hat seine Ruhe. Mit dem Mopedtaxi kann man jederzeit in die Stadt, bzw. sich auch Sachen ins Airbnb liefern lassen… das ist wirklich ein toller Service. Wenn man einen längeren Ausflug plant, sind die Gastgeber stets zu Hilfe einen Wagen mit Fahrer zu organisieren. Im Airbnb ist keine Kilmaanlage, was aber nicht stört, da im oberen Stock stets ein guter Luftstrom durch die Deckenventilatoren + Balkon entsteht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

The best place i would recommend.. Its the peaceful heaven i would have say... Mr.Boris... my man... he is always there for you... Olga is super friendly couldn't see her directly... but she helped me a lot though immediate response over the chat. The place is the best for the price and consist of 2 pools.

Ottima struttura con un personale molto gentile e sempre a disposizione. Il posto é tranquillissimo e incantevole niente a che vedere con il caos di Nungwi. Incluso c’è il servizio di pulizia per tutti i giorni. La casa è equipaggiata con tutto quello di cui necessitavamo. Se cercate un posto meno turistico questo fa al caso vostro! Speriamo che questa zona si preservi sempre cosí!

Die Villa Pepo ist wunderbar, ich und meine frau haben den honeymoon gut dort verbracht, es ein unvergesliches erlebnis, die villa haben wir für 10 tage gebucht, und wir würden jeden raten so viele tage wie möglich zu nehmen, Iliasa war für uns ein sehr netter kreativer typ der für jede unserer kreativen trips auf der insel die man hat sofort alles klar gemacht hat, sehr zuversichtlich, er hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt, ich freue mich aufjedenfall auf ein baldiges wiedertreffen

Great place to stay in Northern Zanzibar. My family of four had plenty of space in the house and we really enjoyed the pool and the beautiful sunsets. I recommend!

Splendida location sulla spiaggia di Kiwengwa località Cairo davanti alla lingua di sabbia. Casa molto ben restaurata, mantiene intatto il gusto africano con le giuste comodità . Ottima la cucina nei dintorni e volendo anche a domicilio con il buon Ramma , oltre che driver anche in veste di cuoco. Ho amato molto i paesaggi variegati delle maree che creavano splendide piscine naturali. Consiglio vivamente. Tornerò di certo.

This little pad was perfect. Quiet, secure and basically in the heart of Nungwi beach. Beach and restaurants were a 2 minute walk. Supermarkets a 1 minute walk. The accommodation has two amazing bedrooms each with ceiling fan and AC. Hot showers. Also you get an amazing breakfast with the stay. Fresh mangoes, pineapples and Avacado. Eggs on toast and an endless supply of coffee. Maurizio being the Italian host lent me his perculator and Lavazza coffee from the old country. Any minor issues Maurizio and Priska attended to asap and were an absolute pleasure. We stayed for three weeks and did not want to leave. Thanks again Maurizio and Priska

Villa magnifique dans un cadre idyllique mais au delà de ça, le séjour n’aurais pas était aussi fabuleux sans la présence le professionnalisme du personnel qui a était très à l’écoute, mention spécial pour Mohamed qui était au petit soin et d’une sympathie incroyable, un gros bisous Mohamed merci encore 😊 mais aussi Freddy notre cuisinier qui a était à l’écoute de nos envies et sa cuisine délicieuse, bisous à Mona Lisa aussi ♥️

A wonderfully well kept property. Raul and his staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire accommodation was spacious. The sunset views from the pool were incredible. The location, so close to the beach, was fantastic and breakfast was a welcome surprise. Don’t let the limited reviews put you off - this listing, although new, is a gem!

Небольшой уютный дом, удобная кровать, достаточно чисто. Очень гостеприимный и доброжелательный хозяин, искренне готов помочь в любых вопросах. Хорошее расположение, недалеко от чудесного пляжа. Но, главное, не ожидайте европейских условий проживания и не будете разочарованы.

Casa pulitissima grazie a Joyce che puliva continuamente e ci ha tenuto compagnia per tutto il soggiorno. Ottima posizione proprio dietro lo ZURI Hotel a 600mt dalla splendida spiaggia. Vicino alla casa c'è anche il fantastico ed economico Ristorante Mama Africa. Sarebbe perfetta se avesse anche l'aria condizionata ma era ben descritto che non era presente (visto il prezzo). Consiglio all'host di indicare bene la posizione con le corrette coordinate GPS per evitare di perdere tempo nel trovare la casa. e di sistemare la parte esterna per renderla bella come all'interno. ;-)

The place is so nice and so center,it’s so easy to access all the important needs like restaurants,bars and beaches,we really enjoy it.

We stayed 7 weeks at Saids place and liked it very much. From the beginning we had 2 people whom we could anytime ask for help. We felt very safe at Saids place and did not even shut the appartment with a key since there is a big fence around the buildung. The area in which the appartment is located is rather quiet the village ist about 5 minutes walk away and there are not many tourists around. The walking distance to the beach and a very nice resort called Waikiki is about 5 minutes away. Said himself was very helpful and friendly. He invited us for a great homemade dinner (the best we had in Zanzibar) and repaired Christians bicycle. We would be glad to come back stay there and meet Said again.

I stayed at the Monolo apartment for two weeks. The apartment was beyond my expectations. I felt like I was at home and had no trouble with getting around. Everything was to my standard and Abdulkarim made sure everything was accessible and had no trouble. The place was sparkling clean and everything was in working order. I had no troubles with electricity and water throughout my stay. Abdulkareem shared he’s Netflix account too which was very kind of him to do so. The WiFi was very fast and had good connection. The security system was top notch. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that’s looking for a clean, private and home away from home. The apartment was very affordable and worth the pay. Thank you Abdulkareem for the lovely experience. I would definitely love to stay at your apartment whenever I’ll be in Tanzania if you’ll have me 😊

Mon mari et moi avons adoré notre séjour. nous avons passé plus de 7 semaines. La piscine lagon était très parfaite, la propreté était partout. Nous avons apprécié la femme de ménage chaque semaine. La seule chose difficile à été d'aller à la plage. Les routes sont horribles et pas évidentes et pleines d'eau quand il pleut. Trouver de quoi manger aussi fut un peu difficile, manque de produits. Nous avons trouvé d'excellents restaurants. Dans l'ensemble nous avons eu une excellente expérience.
