Perfect stay, host responded within one hour for all my questions, and also provided me ant killers amost within 30 mins as there were some ants around. (very effective, alll ants gone in a few hours) Place is clean too, and very comfortable. The food around is also very nice, highly recommend the malay store, opposite an indian mamak. portion, taste, price is all very good. Will be back again soon for small weekend getaway. Just back from this beautiful homestay. We were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nicely decorated and homely house. First of all, the house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. Secondly, the price was reasonable. All amenities stated were provided. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fan. The house owner was very nice,helpful and provided fast response to our needs. Highly recommended! And we will come back again next time =)

Had fun with family. They had an array of fun activities and games for the family. Clean and cosy home.

The spacious corner-lot home is perfect for big groups and comes with great amenities like a private pool, BBQ set, and karaoke system. Surrounded by lush plants, the place felt peaceful and cozy — our kids especially loved the swing and open space. It was a comfortable, fun-filled stay that made us feel right at home. One thing make me suprised, the home has bath tub and potty for kids. Also, a small playground is prepared in the house. This is super bonus when come to a family which travel with kids, just like me. This is not just family friendly home but also kids friendly. Highly recommended for family or group vacations!

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.

need to have extra chairs outside for those having BBQ outside.

We had a wonderful time at Zen@Austin. The house is exactly what was listed. We were a group of 10 and there was ample space and beds for everyone! The skylight feature on the toilet was beautiful and we loved the experience. The house is in a gated and guarded area so it's safe and peaceful. We really enjoyed our time there! Thank you

Great location

Uncle Paul is a magnificent host with great amenities in his apartment. Easiest check in by far compared to the traditional mailbox collection style. Area is nice and chilly and i will defo come bk here!

Wonderful accommodation and host

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds

friendly host and allows early check in if available. clean living room and easy check in and out. beside the choked toilet issue everything else is acceptable. many shopping and food option around.

Herman and Kayden were really responsive. Always friendly and approachable when we asked questions. Very helpful in local restaurant recommendations. The rooms are great. Clean and nice . Toilets are stocked with shampoo and body foam.Just sofa bed in the hall a bit torn and old. TV - no netflix or Disney or other channels. Not smart TV. Only local and SG TV channels. That is the only thing that needs improvement. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended!!!!

Good location, Ksl mall and other restaurant around there. House was decorated well, cozy and clean. Check in instruction clear and easy. Recommend this place.
