Cozy cottage of 72 m2 a stone's throw from Åsundens west shore. We as hosts live on the same property and there are nice walking paths in the nearby area. Swimming beach with jetty about 250 meters from the cabin. Within 15 km, there are 2 18-hole golf courses Ulricehamns GK, Åsundsholm GK and in winter proximity to skiing downhill and cross-country tracks. Cabinans are well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, oven, dish washer and washing machine. Large covered terrace at an angle. Our motto is that anyone who visits us wants to come back

Charming newly renovated brewery!

The house is 90 sqm divided into two floors. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, hall, bathroom with shower, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a bedroom with two adjustable single beds. On the upper floor, there is a large living room with a lovely ceiling height that is open up to the ridge, a large sofa group, a desk, a dining table and three single beds. In the living room, there is plenty of room for the four extra beds that are best suited for children. On the second floor, there is a bedroom and a wardrobe.

Loftstugan

The loft is located near a pond with the forest as a neighbor. Here's the serenity, simplicity, and back to basic that apply. The cabin has no water and drainage but is compensated by a sauna and swimming in your own dust 5 meters from the cabin. An outhouse is by the main building. In winter, you will find the cottage in a white fairytale landscape. We put in an extra element during the cold months, but it is above all the fireplace that heats the cabin. Snabbt Wifi och internet via fiber. Tre sovrum, varav två med dubbelsängar. Två badrum utrustade med WC och dusch. Likaså tvättmaskin i huset. Tillgång till privat bastu (hyrs ut separat) och båtplats intill strandkanten vid sjön Tolken, känd för goda fiskemöjligheter. Båt kan hyras separat.

Centrally located apartment suitable for family or outdoor groups. The pedestrian street in Ulricehamn with shops and cafés is within walking distance, within 200 meters. Lassalycken outdoor area with ski tracks, exercise trails, swimming pool and more is 6 minutes away by car or about 30 minutes walk. It is also walking distance to other sights in Ulricehamn such as Ulrikaparken, the seafront, the cold bathhouse and swimming area. Slalom slope is seen from the balcony of the apartment.

Lakeside cottage with year-round standard

Cottage with kitchen and bathroom on first floor and bedroom/tv room upstairs, with view over the lake. It is located on the plot where we live, a family of two adults, two children and small dog. Inland feel with close to the forest and landscape, walking and cycling trails, swimming and fishing in both Sämsjön and Åsunden. Several miles of paved bike paths even ideal for roller skis starting outside the door. By agreement, a boat can be rented. Self-pick of apples in season.

For those interested in winter sports, the charming small town of Ulricehamn (just a 20-minute drive away) offers both downhill skiing at Ski Hike & Bike and cross-country skiing at Lassalyckan, an official Vasaloppet center.

Up in the pasture overlooking Näs Herrgård and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic setting. The house that is secluded has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. In the pastures around the house, there are grazing animals in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön which offers fantastic swimming. All of our guests have access to barbecue, Stand-up paddle boards and bikes! In winter you live 5 min drive from alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!

The house is completely newly built and fully equipped and offers fresh and comfortable accommodation with fantastic nature.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the forest, glazed balcony and wooden deck overlooking Åsunden. On the property, there is also a pond with a barbecue area. Nice hiking trails directly adjacent to the accommodation. Cycling to Ski Bike Hike takes only 5-10 minutes and to the city center, it is about 5 km and to Lassalyckan's recreational area, it is about 7 km.
