Everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, oven-microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, dryer, ironing board, TV (Netflix), wi-fi! I will be happy to answer and help on Viber, whatsapp, sms! The house is located in the center of Kiev. It is not the Main Street, that is why not noisy! Nearby is the Embassy of Croatia. 2 minutes walk to a supermarket (Silpo and Bee), many cafes and restaurants, a pharmacy and banks! 2 minutes to the bus stop, 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station, 20-25 minutes walk to Khreschatyk street

The complex consists of 3 houses with a closed courtyard with a children's playground, recreation areas and a sports platform with simulators. There is a two-level underground parking (parking space is provided for an additional fee). Each entrance has security, video surveillance, magnetic key entrance. On the ground floor of the complex there is a Feliz coffee shop, a Kolo grocery store.
