Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

In the old characteristic Broek in Waterland near the church, in a newly built barn behind the farm. Featuring private access (self check-in) a split level with sleeping area and garden area. On the ground floor (24 m2) is a living room with sofa, kitchenette with fridge, two hotplates, dining area and separate bathroom. On the loft is the bedroom with a double bed, plenty of closet space and a clothing rack. Good WiFi available. There are two bikes (Veloretti) for rent (10,- per bike per day)

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Shops, restaurants, terraces and the IJsselmeer are within walking distance. Amsterdam, Volendam and Marken are within cycling distance. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven/microwave, fridge, 4 burner induction. Bedroom with a double and a single bed. Shower, toilet and sink, heater, wifi, television.

Our apartment is a new (opened on September 1, 2020) luxurious and cozy guest house with its own entrance, a terrace at the bedroom and a lovely bench in front of the door. The apartment is quietly located in a beautiful spot in Amsterdam North, surrounded by greenery and by the water. Within 10 minutes you are downtown. It is the place to enjoy everything that Amsterdam has to offer and to explore the beautiful nature of Waterland within a few minutes on the (free) bicycles.

By public transport, it is also only 20 minutes to Centraal Station and within 30 minutes at the RAI, or the cozy Pijp with its many terraces and the museum square.

Breakfast is available upon request (€12,50 per person). Situated 25 minutes from Amsterdam. Please note the studio is best accessible by car.

The Practice

A wonderfully luxurious accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Centrum. It's a 5 minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is entirely private with all-round terrace and a nice garden with three places to sit. Around fenced and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for little children.
