Southbroom is a great holiday spot. We loved the house - gorgeous views, spacious for a family with teenagers. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Walk down to the beach for sundowners. A real spoil with Augustine and Joslin taking amazing care of us. Super clean and well equipped.

What a wonderful stay we had over a long weekend. The house feels like a home, is big enough to accommodate numerous families, but feels really premium. You feel away from the buzz of the north coast, meandering down to the beach, ocean views from the bedrooms, firepit evenings with the ocean's roar only dwarfed by the magnificent night sky. A holiday to remember!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The place was spotless, cozy, and just a short walk from the water. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Liza was a fantastic host—super welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beachside escape!

Beautiful exterior and surroundings: A spacious yard perfect for a picnic, a braai area, and a stunning garden. An exceptional host: Nicola was incredibly friendly, proactive, and responsive. We felt completely at home—it was like visiting family. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and serenity. We’ll definitely return. Honestly, I don’t even want to waste time looking for another place—if it’s not available, I’ll just change my dates, lol. Thank you, Nicola, for making our trip so memorable.

Beautiful views of the sea and private beach nestled in the reserve. We enjoyed being close to the beach for walks with our dogs. Exceptionally peaceful and comfortable. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. Despite very rainy weather for a number of days we did get out about in the area for some recommended activities. We can highly recommend this property.

The host Nontokozo Rosemary has provided an excellent property worth the money spent. The manager Mbali was of great support with prompt response. Well furnished with sufficient storage, very clean and neat linens, towels, etc. Felt like at home. Highly recommended for the families...

We had a lovely stay at the Mannikins Sea View apartment. It is spacious and offers everything you need to be comfortable. The photos doesn't do it justice. We were surrounded by trees and a variety of birds, a beautiful sea view with wales breaching..what an unforgettable experience. We felt safe in the secure small complex. We loved the tranquility and the accessibility to popular restaurants and a convenience store up the road.. walking distance from the beach and 5 mins away from country club for a game of golf.. we will definitely be back. We felt right at home. Ruben is an exceptional host and he response as soon as possible. His place is very clean , comfortable and it is as the pictures are shown. My family enjoyed every bit of the house and the pool. We'll definitely be checking in again. A great place for a family vacation

Neil's place has a great sea view location with a lot of breeze flowing through the unit. We had a relaxed stay - sleeping and waking up to the sounds of the ocean. Kitchen and the home had everything that we needed for the stay. Neil was very responsive and was accommodative of the early checkin request. Only recommendation is to look at the main door locks which are rusty sometime. Otherwise, the best sea view stay for us so far. Thanks Neil for accommodating us for the 4 nights' stay.

Meike hat mich herzlich empfangen und war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft an sich bietet alles, was man braucht. Man hat seine Privatsphäre. Viel Platz, das Bett war sehr bequem und der Aussensitzplatz mit Sicht in den Garten war auch sehr gemütlich.

Stunning home, immaculately clean. There is no TV, but great WiFi, so bring a laptop! The home has all the essentials, and a lot of little surprise extras that came in handy! Very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Derreck was very accommodating and is easygoing. He helped us whenever needed and gave us the freedom to use anything we wanted on the property. The hut is cozy, feels fresh, and has a wonderful balcony perfect for relaxing.

Such an inviting setting! Beautiful gardens, pathways and private beach! Loved the outdoor dining space. Clean and crisp linen. Practical kitchenette and all utensils needed. Love this place!
