Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. The Old Granary is a lovely apartment set in a walled garden next to Ufford church. Located in the heart of the village with two pubs that serve food in walking distance it is an ideal base to explore the Suffolk Coast. Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge, Aldeburgh and the iconic shingle beaches are all in striking distance. The flat has recently been completely refurbished with a new kitchen and shower room, smart TV and fast broadband. It has its own garden space where guests can relax or eat outside.

Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for another person or couple on request. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben.
