We welcome you to this 40 square meter apartment located on the ground floor of a detached house in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, at the entrance to the Noble Valley, on the Alsace Wine Route, 15 minutes from the most beautiful Christmas markets, 40 minutes from the ski slopes, 15 minutes from Colmar, 20 minutes from Mulhouse, 40 minutes from Basel-Mulhouse airport and about 1 hour from Europa-Park! Shops are a 5-minute drive from the property (supermarket, bakery, restaurant etc.)

Our cottage has been completely refurbished and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful living space with private access to the terrace and garden. The living room consists of a sofa, TV with DVD player. The kitchen is equipped and opens onto the dining area. You will have access to the bathroom (walk-in shower, cabinet with sink). Upstairs there are two bedrooms and an office area. A closed room is accessible in the basement.

You can park for free in the courtyard in front of the apartment. Beautiful new independent accommodation, very quiet, in a detached house (Common entrance hall) - VERY large walk-in shower, travertine bathroom. - corner sofa, dining table for 2, TV, WiFi, Netflix (your codes), Chromecast, office area. - Fully equipped kitchen - Bedroom standard double bed large dressing room. - washing machine In summer, relaxing Zen terrace, pergola, hammock, table, etc.

A very nice 27 m2 studio built in 2017 on the ground floor of a separate building from our house (private entrance). Located on the edge of the wine route in Alsace (the vineyard is just behind the house). Close to amenities (small supermarket) but in the quiet countryside. Towels and bed linen is available. Breakfast ingredients (tea, coffee) are available. To buy your pastries or bread you will find several bakeries in the city center.
