Close to the Pieterpad, the Hanze cities of Deventer and Zutphen. Between fields and in a beautiful backdrop landscape, where hikers and cyclists can fully enjoy. But it is also good to relax and relax in your own yard, on the terrace or in the grass with hammock, loungers, picnic table, fruit trees, flowers, birds, sheep meadow and chickens roaming around.

Nice place on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cozy village of Hellendoorn! In the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchen, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2-p bed and sleeping loft with 2 single beds above the kitchen. The center is at walking distance. But we also live wonderfully freely, right on the forest and the Pieterpad. April 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, we cannot allow permanent residence.

A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

The house is next door to our own house, and an ultimate place for lovers of peace and nature. Our house is located on a sandy road near the edge of the nature reserve "Cirkels van Jannink”. The cozy and cozily furnished holiday home was completely renovated in 2023.
