Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Just stairs to the promenade, sailing school, City beach and small grocery shop with fresh fruit, vegetable and pastries. Completly equipped: A/C, SMART TV, Wi-Fi, Dish washer, Laundry. Consists of living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom and a small terrace with seaview.

Thinkers House Korcula

In 2017 my family acquired a beautiful plot of land on the island of Korcula. The original stone house was adapted into a vacation home with two bedrooms and a maximum capacity for 6 people. Thinkers house features gorgeous views, inconceivable tranquility and a direct access to the sea. The architect's aim was to cautiously modernize the outlook, yet keep the vintage charm alive. We're proud and excited to introduce the Thinkers House to the public in 2022!

Parking is not available.
