I have had a very nice stay, everything was perfect. Nice room and space for everything. And ofcourse its a beautiful area and this appartment is in a perfect location near the slopes.

The stay at the place was all around pleasant! The apartment was clean and furnished with everything important - just like the description. The location was quiet, overlooking the mountains and ideal for hiking and trail tours. Robert was very friendly and easy to reach. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

VERY clean, modern, nice apartment in walking distance to everything. Location is on the busy main road but the windows/doors are incredibly thick so you couldn’t hear traffic at all- very quiet. Wonderful appliances including washer/dryer. Proactive communication from host with helpful info on the area for visitors- thank you for a nice stay!

Moose Lodge was a beautiful space with amazing views from front and back decks (there were 3 of them! ) Great restaurants and a grocery store within a 10 min walk (including a Michelin 1 star), indoor garage parking, beautifully appointed, on the bus route to town, and bread service! The wellness center with the Infared Sauna and regular sauna were a game changer for post skiing recovery, and Piet was very responsive. We would absolutely stay again!

The views from the apartment are gigantically beautiful. Luci responded immediately to inquiries and was very helpful. The apartment is well appointed and modern. The cleanliness was just as great. I would recommend the apartment for 1-2 people without hesitation.

The stay was super relaxed. The hosts very friendly and accommodating. We are happy to recommend it! Were mostly 4 in the accommodation, with 6 people it could get pretty cozy. Saunas and the hot tub have rounded off the whole thing superbly 😊

We were able to celebrate a very pleasant bachelorette party, the apartment offered everything we needed and the communication was very good. Recommended

We stayed for a long weekend with our three adult children at Ludwig's and everyone liked it very much (which is rare😀). The chalet is very beautiful and the short distance to the nearest mountain railways is great for hikers!

Our stay was absolutely flawless. The property is immaculate, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable visit. Nestled in a stunning location, it serves as a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. We were fortunate to enjoy glorious spring weather, which made relaxing on the lovely patio after a day of sightseeing even more delightful. We wholeheartedly recommend this place—it's a 10/10 experience!

Home after spending 5 nights attending our daughters wedding in Garmisch. Property was ideal and very central within walking distance of the centre of the town. Property well equipped and very comfortable. Lisa visited us and was very accommodating offering us her iron to prepare our outfits for the wedding. Hope Lisa enjoyed the wedding cake we left behind 😄

We were warmly welcomed by Alexandra. The place is great for families with kids as there is an extra playroom and a cool slide outside that thrilled our 4-year-old boys. What's also great is that almost every room has its own shower. You can do great things in the area: hiking, climbing and the natural swimming pool in Wenns.

It was a really nice experience. We enjoyed it and the kids loved their rooms and the special gift from Petra :) thank you.

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. We (married couple, 61 years + 59 years with dog) spent wonderful 12 days in the almost brand new accommodation of Jade and Ingo - photos and reality match 100%. The garden is completely "escape-proof", so our dog spent hours there unattended (behind the Thuja hedge there is a wire fence). In any case, the location away from the busy Ötztalstraße (from which you hear nothing at all) on the upper edge of the village directly on the forest is fantastic - especially for us dog owners for the quick morning/evening walk. A variety of restaurants can be found in the very nearby Ötz (5 minutes' drive). In summer temperatures, the outdoor pool in Sautens is highly recommended. In addition, we really liked the variety of different tour options (it doesn't always have to be 800-1,000 meters in altitude😉). Conclusion: An all-around successful stay in a beautiful area in a great accommodation with very warm hosts🫶!

The apartment was wonderfully modern. In the kitchen/living room and bathroom are smart speakers who have done good services. We felt "at home" as they say. If you like it quiet, this is definitely the place to be.

We felt right at home Our wishes, such as baby beds and highchairs, were easily met. The accessibility and communication was great and very committed. We can really recommend this place and would book it again anytime.

Great place. Homely with great views and excellent location 10 minutes from the train station. Martin was an excellent and accommodating host. The place was super comfortable and had all the amenities a family would need. Highly recommended!

We spent a two-week vacation with Sabine and Matthias with 2 people, and it couldn't have been better. The apartment is functional, tidy and very clean with attention to detail. The view and immediate surroundings are simply wonderful and invite you to relax. There are many opportunities to do something in the wider area and to visit many pretty villages and inviting cities. Also the perfect place for hiking and biking. Sabine and Matthias are very friendly, helpful and warm hosts who care about the well-being of the guests. If we are drawn back to the Allgäu and Lake Constance, we will be happy to come back here.

One of the best Airbnb's I've been to so far. Very spacious, super equipped kitchen, great location. We only missed a TV:) Contact was straightforward, we were even able to postpone the trip for a week, thanks again for that! Things to note: the cleaning costs 45.- extra. We were super satisfied and would book here again immediately!

Great place with a beautiful balcony, with a lot of nearby attractions. we whet there for skiing. there are multiple areas within 30-60min drive.
