Bathing with a view of the Zugspitze

New!!! Since May 23, 2025!! We have built an exclusive design suite for you with panoramic views of the Zugspitze for 2-3 people on 48 m². Here, alpine charm meets modern comforts. The open, bright interior design make the suite a perfect place to enjoy. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zugspitz massif. The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.

Mountain Lodge

The chalet 'Tenne 401', which is situated in Racines/Ratschings, overlooks the Alps. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with satellite, cable, and streaming services, heating as well as a washing machine.

Alpine luxury in a hunting lodge

A touch of luxury, alpine elegance, high rooms under the roof beams, hunting trophies on the wall and a crackling fire in the fireplace await you in this apartment, for max. 7 people. With a spacious living room, three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, on more than 100 m², nothing can stand in the way of a successful Tyrolean vacation. The apartment is housed in a former hunting lodge, in the residence Felsenheim.
