Private bedroom with internet.

I am renting out a private bedroom with full access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room and a balcony in a quiet neighborhood. There is supermarket, restaurant, beauty parlor and library close to the building. It is a very nice and peaceful site surrounded by forests and lakes. During the summer you can swim and take the sun in a little beach which is only 15 minutes walk and in the winter you can ski or just walk on the ice. I am a nice and quiet person willing to give the best service. The apartment is 20-25 minutes from downtown with public transit. There is a bus stop nearby leaving to town every 20 minutes or 10 minutes during rush hours. Further, staying includes: - towels and bedlinen - WiFi - Washer and dryer in the laundry which is in the basement. Please write a message telling a bit about yourself and your purpose of visiting Stockholm when you send me an inquiry.

Apartment in Älta 50 sqm in the basement of a villa. Close to nature reserve with many MTB trails, meeting place for MTB riders nearby, close to several swimming lakes, winter swimming with sauna at Hellasgården. Good public transport to the city, bus near the house that takes 20 minutes to the subway, where several arenas are also located. Grocery store and Pizzeria within walking distance. (Note that the bed in the bedroom is 140 cm wide) A cat stays in our part of the house periodically.

Balkongen är inredd med nya möbler, parkett och elgrill för mysiga sommarkvällar Det finns diskmaskin, tvätt- och torktumlare. Perfekt boende för barnfamilj. Finns ett lekrum med leksaker, finns även spjälsäng, en tripp trapp stol och bra servis för småbarn. Vi har ett ps5 för er med lite större barn att nyttja. I masterbedroom finns en 180säng och i vardagsrummet finns en soffa att sova i.

This apartment in a villa has private entrance with a small porch where you can sit and rest. It is located 20 minutes from the center by bus and access to underground. During rush hours directly by bus to/from Central station. Walking distance to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Free parking very close the room. The room has one bed and one extra bed (sofabed).
