We were very warmly welcomed by Julia. The apartment was beautiful and we settled in immediately. Everything you need is there. We slept very well and enjoyed a great view every morning, whether waking up or at the breakfast table. We especially liked the service of getting fresh rolls delivered to the door every morning! Here's another big thank you! Our daughter was blown away by the animals and would love to jump on the trampoline forever... the area itself is very quiet, which did not bother us at all because by car you can get to different places to explore super fast... In the evening we could comfortably end the day by the fireplace with a glass of wine or relax in the sauna for two. We as a family can recommend this wonderful place with a clear conscience! It is definitely a great break from the stressful everyday life in the chaotic city life.

Mario’s place was absolutely beautiful. You are nested within the mountains, being able to enjoy the breathtaking views from the comfort of the balcony. The pictures, like everything else in life, do not do it justice. I appreciated that there was wine to purchase in the apartment, a nice add on and something to enjoy on warm summer days. Lakes are nearby which was something I did every day along with hitting the trails (trails that I went to were slightly far but ok if you have a car). I would come back!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, more spacious than expected. In the heart of Hallstaat. Spotlessly clean. Great view from windows (even being on the non lake side). We loved our stay there. Thank you 😊

Our stay at Thomas & Theresa’s place was fantastic! The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home base for our trip. The location was excellent, close to great ski spots and local amenities. Thomas & Theresa were great hosts—communicative, helpful, and made everything easy for us. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I have spent the last three months in this apartment and can only report positive things. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers everything you need to feel good. I was particularly impressed by the great view and the excellent location. The landlords are also extremely friendly, accommodating and available at all times, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I felt completely comfortable here and I didn't miss anything. That's why I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. Thank you for this great place to stay!

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly welcomed, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We greatly enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with very tasty pastries. And a very tasty Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. In the area you can take beautiful walks and excursions. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. Manuela’s place is absolutely gorgeous—quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, down to the smallest details. The home is clean and very well maintained. Located just an hour’s drive from Hallstatt, it’s also close to several ski resorts, making it a great spot for both relaxation and adventure. Manuela and her husband are incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We were only able to use the property for one day, but were satisfied with everything. We were received very warmly. The apartment is furnished and designed with a lot of love and attention.

We were there with the family and with our two dogs. We had a great weekend. The place, the location and the entire package was great, there is nothing to complain about! Super dear hosts who welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. Both my parents and our dogs felt totally comfortable. Great place to hike, ski or just relax. I can definitely recommend it to anyone, we'd love to come back :)

The house was very well maintained and Ajo had provided with all the basic amenities such as beddings, linen, towels, kitchen equipment, cutlery. The public transport was also just 10 mins away from the house. There was also a children’s play area with swings, trampoline, slide. We enjoyed staying at the house. Will surely recommend a gateway at this place!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The place was clean, cozy, and above all in a beautiful place. Absolutely sufficient kitchen amenities. What was absolutely TOP such a comfortable mattress. The host who greeted us with a smile was very nice and was in contact with us even during the stay. 10/10 I recommend :)

This place was a dream. The view was gorgeous and so peaceful. The place was super cozy and so clean and beautiful. It had everything one could need including fluffy bathrobes! The hot tub was our favorite part. Easy to use and so relaxing. There were other people staying in the other apartment but we still felt like it was very private. Honestly felt like the East side apartment is the best one because of the views. If possible we would totally come here again.

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. With a great beautiful glass sauna in the garden, from where you have a beautiful view of the mountain peaks across the valley. A wood-fired hot tub in the garden was also available. Very pleasant during an unclouded evening, with an immense starry sky above you. Unfortunately, trails were no longer available for cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. But with a half hour drive, there were good cross-country skiing opportunities on the public slopes in Villach, and in Slovenian Planica. For beautiful walks you didn't have to go that far. We enjoyed the week in Bach im Gailtal very much.

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊

The pine nest is highly recommended. The tranquility and the view you have up there is simply unique. Communication was always easy and the hosts respond to every request. The hot pot was just awesome. We will be happy to come back. Petting the sweet Wautzi of us :)
