Apartment on the edge of the forest overlooking the Zugspitze

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Modern vacation apartment for 2 people in an ecological wooden house on Lake Starnberg. The 50 sqm apartment with separate Entrance has a spacious kitchen with a view to the south of the forest, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernrieder Nature Park and the lake shore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. On the property there is a private parking available. There is a storage space for bicycles.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

The "Waldhäusl"

Our "Waldhäusl" is a new building on a double garage and thus a self-contained cottage with a separate entrance. In June 2024, it was for the most part newly furnished. The bus stop to Andechs and Starnberg is only 100m away. By car, it's 15 minutes to Lake train station and Starnberg lake promenade. By S-Bahn train, you are in 35 minutes at the main train station in Munich.

Iffeldorf on the Osterseen is a beautiful village, popular and loved for its beautiful nature. It is not far from Munich and you are in the mountains in no time. Whether by car or train, everything is indirectly at your doorstep. Your place is located in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Ostersseen, shopping, sights. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes.

FeWo26 in Andechs

The FeWo26 is in a quiet location in Andechs, the monastery with beer garden, restaurants and the supermarket can be reached with a short walk on foot, by bike or by car. Extensive and interesting hiking and biking trails await nature lovers, as well as the proximity to Lake Ammer, which can also be easily reached by bus.
