Summer bungalow for two

Vacancy - currently limited heating and need renovation. The term indoor camping is most likely to be the case. Please do not expect a modern or nicely furnished holiday home. Hot water / electricity are present. Usable is the old fitted kitchen, with fridge, stove, oven and even dishwasher. The house is in Schinkel, about 15 km west of Kiel. It is a rural municipality in the district of Rendsburg-Eckernförde, right on the northern side of the North Baltic Sea Canal.

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

In the garden there is a swing and a trampoline for the children and a lot of nature nearby for hiking & biking. Kiel is also only a quarter hour away by car. Enjoy the spacious living-dining area with transition from the threshing floor to the kitchen, perfect for social evenings. On your own terrace, you can sit quietly and have a cozy breakfast in the morning sun, for example. If you want to go to the sauna in the evening, our own sauna is at your disposal on request.

It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
