Vacation in a wonderful secluded location on sunny Geisberg. The rustic Glücksmüh' is a 65 m² self-catering hut. With us you can enjoy the tranquility, the fresh mountain air and the great view in the house or in the sauna. The nearest ski resorts: Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Fanningberg, etc. are only about 30 minutes away. In the winter, it is advantageous to take snow chains with you. The highlight, however, is collecting mushrooms in summer (chanterelles, boletus, parasol).

Despite the initial difficulties we had a wonderful stay. Riff is a generous host, and easy to communicate with, problems were promptly addressed and quickly solved. The place itself is magical, the emptiness of the village that others found spooky actually was uplifting for us, and the quietness and the beauty of the mountains offered perfect immersion and winding down. The house is lovely and cosy, the upper store is a child’s dream - my son enjoyed it immensely. We are regulars to the area, know the neighboring ski-resort very well and beside skiing we enjoyed the local cuisine very much, or sometimes just grabbed a pizza from the village down in the valley. We had a family weekend in the chalet. We didn't miss anything, GREAT. After arrival, quickly drove to the store - the nearest supermarket is 5-10 minutes away. Kitchen is well equipped and is equipped with all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ...). The chalet itself is simple but nicely decorated. The view, the hammer! In the chalet, you are on your own and can simply enjoy the time.

I can't put into words how incredible our stay at this enchanting house on the lake was. From start to finish, it was a truly magical experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and idyllic getaway. The house itself is a gem of architecture and design. With its large windows capturing the breathtaking view of the lake, and the cozy, tastefully decorated rooms, we felt at home from the first moment.

Tanja and her in-laws, who manage the cottage, are very friendly and helpful. The location is of course fantastic and the cottage very nice. It should be noted that the electricity is provided by generator and is only available at a very reduced rate (light) between 9 PM and 6 AM. The heating is a furnace heater, which is good to know at this altitude and the temperatures there. Communication was good. The journey can be a little intimidating if you are new to the mountains - the navigation system says 100 km/h on mountain roads and thus calculates the travel time earlier. But you're more likely to be traveling at 30-50 km/h. It's good to find your way

Historic chalet - with Swiss pine sauna and hot tub

The cabin is beautifully and modernly furnished without losing its rustic charm. Highlights include, of course, the hot tube and the sauna with fantastic views. There was almost nothing missing in terms of amenities. There are enough towels of different sizes and the kitchen and bathrooms were already equipped with standard consumables.( Shampoo, aluminum foil, baking paper, garbage bags, etc. and even spices) Kerstin's communication was quick and straightforward by phone, even though they were on vacation themselves. When we arrived, the tiled stove was already heated, the small wine shelf filled with a selection of good wines and a schnappy meal was on the table to welcome you. All in all, a nice holiday despite the bad weather. I'd love to come back.

Rogelio is a very helpful host. We were offered a spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms a well equipped kitchen and a large master bedroom with baby bed. Ideal for travelling with a small child. There is an elevator in the building too.

We immediately felt comfortable in Julia and Bernd's log cabin. Highlights for us were the seating options outside (balcony/garden) and the perfectly equipped kitchen! The hosts were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place!
