Şiir Ev (Poeme House) is one the 3 house on the farm. The house constructed in the top of the hill facing Kekova, sunrise and fullmoon. 40 m2 saloon with full equipment kitchen and 20 m2 entresol with Kekova view. South and west windows are from the bottom up to the top of the house. The Kekova area is silent and natural. The Lycian Way (trekking way) is passing in front of the farm. You can make trekking to swim in the isolated bays of Kekova. Demre is 16km, Üçağız is 8km,Kaş is 45 km far away.

The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes

(🎶 We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

It offers you a comfortable accommodation in nature with its breezy breeze, pleasant forest smell, bird sounds and unique views of oak, chestnut and linden trees. It is 90 km from the center of Istanbul and 25 km from Şile.

Occupying a unique location, the house is 10 meters from the Galata Tower and a 5-minute walk from the Metro Tram and bus stops.
