Accommodation in Beşiktaş, on a quiet street but within walking distance of a very lively neighborhood. Very close to the means of transportation to get around the city and cross the strait. Serdar was very helpful and very kind in all communications, it was a pleasure to stay with him!

We came as 10 teachers, first of all, we would like to thank Mr. Kemal for accepting us, he accepted us as a group. Your house is very well located, very quiet, I felt like I was at my grandmother's house, it was very clean, the kitchen was renovated, everything was there. Mr. Kemal showed us around his house, we really felt like we were at home. The garden is very well maintained, the only problem is that the water is flowing from the bathroom shower cabin and the faucet is broken, I think, and the pool is 1m deep, but we still had a lot of fun. We will come again, thank you for your cleanliness and tidiness, we all left happy.

I highly recommend this listing for anyone thinking of staying in Alaçatı for either a long or short duration and want privacy and vicinity to activities at the same time. The house is very clean and well-kept. The only thing to remember is that parking spaces in the area are limited. Still, a must consider for any holiday in the town.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Hasan and the other staff members were always super polite and very welcoming. The room is right next to the reception but it’s very quiet at night so we slept very well. The location is great, a couple minutes walk to Taksim Square, restaurants, and public transport.

We had a great weekend, I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, the hosts are very affectionate people, they always want to do what they can to you in all circumstances, it was a family environment, in short, very meticulous about cleaning, and everything was sparkling clean

I looked at the comments and came.. I've been going on vacation since 2004, I stayed on the floor for a hotel pension-apart, etc... I didn't stay anywhere else that gives me peace as much as this place. The house feels like your own. You have such a connection with the house, you don't even want to leave the house...Immediately, so the interior of the head is a legendary place.. The items inside the house are enough during the holiday.. We even made the oven.. The sound of the forest.. the sound of the forest, the chirping of the birds..If it happens again, they will stay here again.. Thank you to the beach of Turan..

Excellent, everything attractive on the European side of Istanbul was by taxi max. 15 min away. If you like to travel by foot or by metro, you don't even need a taxi. Very clean and nice place to stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The Airbnb was not only stylish and comfortable, but also impressively smart—everything from the lighting to the climate control was easy to manage and added a modern, luxurious touch to our experience. What really stood out, though, was the communication. The staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful from the moment we booked. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just enough to make us feel supported without being intrusive. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment had a beautiful view and everything went perfectly during our stay. The place was clean, well-located, and very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the bedroom furnishings a bit, as they could use a more modern or cozy touch. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!
