Vacation rentals with breakfast in Turgutköy Köyü

We loved the house and its hosts. The house corresponds to the description - clean, with amenities, the sea is nearby. The price is more than reasonable. Thank you so much for a great vacation!

We had a nice 2 days with the sincere interest of Mr. Alper, in a wonderful place with its location and nature. Dinner was quite delicious and appetizers were plenty, we would definitely consider staying🙂 again and recommend it.

Meeting Yunus's family was great Super nice people are genuinely happy to meet guests!The house fully corresponds to the description Very clean and spacious ,a large street balcony on which we spent most of the day and evening of surroundings and landscapes like in a cinema , relax from fields and forests There is a bay nearby and you can rent a yacht,you can just swim in the shade of forests. There are not many people nearby a market with everything you need,prices are more expensive So everything you need is better to buy in advance. There are two dogs chickens and turkeys and all this in general makes the environment more rural and homely!I definitely recommend staying with Uncle Turan !!!

Nice apartment, good location

Hello, we had the opportunity to camp with my friends in this area for years. It was a very nice experience for me to spend 5 nights with my family in a place that we have always dreamed of in terms of location and design. We were very pleased with the width, interior design, cleanliness, views and facilities of the house. It was very easy to get to and from the sea every day with our 10-month-old baby. The hosts are very friendly people, thanks to Mr. Ahmed Taha, he helped with everything, and the neighbors were very friendly in the vicinity, you have no doubt that they will help you if you need anything. The sea was located down from Akbuk Bay and had nothing. Especially for those who are interested in submarine, you get the chance to observe a lot of different kinds of fish. Don't come without your sea mask:) There is the possibility to meet basic needs, especially water and hair bread(flatbread) from the nearby grocery store. There is a beach&restaurant-style business right in front of the house, it can be used comfortably. Thanks for everything

Located within the walls of the castle it’s really fun walking through the old streets and alleys and our hotel is part of it. Once you enter your room it is just as pictured and the refrigerator was loaded with drinks and snacks. Great bonus after a long journey.

Great 1st floor apartment located very centrally but avoiding the noise of the waterfront. The rooftop terrace is an amazing, spacious and well equipped place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Symi. With windows/doors/balconies on three sides, you can get a draft through the house and find other spots to sit out to enjoy sun or shade as preferred. Wonderful personal welcome off the ferry by Andrea’s mother. The fridge was already stocked with initial provisions. Any issue and Andreas was extremely responsive. We’ll hopefully be back! A huge thank you from us.

Dawn's home is an unusual find in Symi, in that it's spacious with generous outdoor space, and its own splash pool - not many places in Symi will give you that. On top it's got a lovely view down the Pedi valley and has an almost out of town feel as it's on the outskirts of Choria. It's decorated in a charming personal way, and has all the facilities you'd want. Numerous outdoor seating and lounging areas, well equipped kitchen, and air con and fans in the bedrooms. It's about a 15-20 min walk down from Dawn's place to Symi port where a lot of the action happens - restaurants, bars, water taxis, shopping - it's an amazing passage called the Kali Strata which saves a lot of hassle driving in, but it's a lot of stairs - especially coming back, although they are well spaced. View it as good exercise around all the wonderful eating and you get into it. Last point is that Dawn stays in a cottage under the house so it's not completely private, but she is super friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful week at Majestic Green studio. The studio looks very well looked after, it was clean and tidy and the small decorative details improved our experience. There’s also a balcony which views on the street and it was more spacious than we thought. The location was quite convenient with a supermarket and a coffee shop within a 2 min walk. We were always walking to old town or the more modern center, it was only a 10 min walk to st Athanasios Gate. The distance to the port is also walkable in case you need to take a boat to the surrounding islands. From the very first moment Vasilis was an excellent host, always responding to messages within minutes, he welcomed us to the apartment despite our late arrival due to our flight’s delay, he gave us very clear instructions about the neighbourhood and he recommended us a nearby beach and restaurants with good food. Generally, it was great staying at Vasilis’ studio and we would definitely trust him as a host again! Thank you

fabulous apartment plenty of space for the six of us. spotlessly clean and a lovely breakfast provided which sadly we didn't have time to eat as we left at 4am for our flight to Athens. Dimitrios was a great host.

Kikonia Art&Suites was a plus in every way you might think. Architecture, ambiance, nature, activities, business owners... We are so glad we were able to find a place like this, stay, and be able to experience it. I would like to thank Ms. Nehir, one of the business owners. Their local advice, referrals were excellent. We were very happy with everything, we were both very happy to see this place and very sad when we left. We'll be there again 🌸

Marco was so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Near the shops and restaurants and quick walk to the beach as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

The place was very stylishly decorated in a very quiet fantastic area with great views of Akcapinar/Akyakka. We were very warmly welcomed and even helped us carry the luggage. The hosts are always quick to reach on site and very helpful. The hosts are very personable and courteous and immediately provide you with information about all concerns and excursion options. Everything was very clean and perfectly planned down to the last detail. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again and recommend it to friends and family without hesitation. You can let the day go unplug at this quiet and beautiful place in the evening and have many opportunities to explore different sights and villages in the area from here. Even with children, this place is ideal and the hosts are very child-friendly. We already miss the time there and will definitely come back.

We had a very pleasant time in the holiday home, which is fully boutique service and overlooks Selimiye with a super view. I would definitely recommend the facility, which is operated by a gorgeous couple, not only for the summer, but also in cold weather due to its amenities such as fireplaces and stoves. The hotel has a spectacular landscape. you can watch all Selimiye and bay while enjoying your breakfast or coffee. The hotel is managed by a very warmhearted couple. They also have log fire in the rooms. You can prefer the hotel not only in the summer times but also it is a great choice in the cold winter days.

The Anchor House is such a perfect property that I almost want to keep quiet in order to keep it all to myself! Our stay was perfect from beginning to end, from the taxi transfers arranged to transport us from the harbour to the property, to our daily breakfasts under the light of the olive tree and dinner on the terrace with the most astonishing sea view. Without a doubt, the housekeeper Jenine is the reason this stay was so perfect - she organised every detail and helped us plan every day. She was a pleasure to chat to every morning and made us feel so welcome. This place simply felt like home - if only we could have stayed for longer. I cannot recommend this property enough - for Symi there simply is no comparison.

The Anchor House was an absolutely beautiful home.A gem in Symi. It was a most relaxing stay ,the bedroom so tasteful and the bed so comfortable.The living space so well appointed with different areas to relax in,in either shade or sun all with stunning views. The location is superb,near fabulous restaurants and a minute away from a little beach.Jeanie our host was simply amazing.Nothing was too much.She served the most beautiful breakfast in the morning and then with such enthusiasm helped with suggesting what we could do each day,from telling us about all the beaches,the times of boats and buses and suggesting restaurants and kindly reserving a table for us. We could not recommend the Anchor house more.

Amazing hosts, so kind, generous, and helpful. Felt very much like home. The breakfast and views were spectacular. Also many of the ingredients are straight from their garden on the property. They were very helpful with info on places to eat and what to do - for example we enjoyed our boat day!! We thoroughly loved our stay and wish we could have stayed a day or two more. Lastly, so clean and the cats were adorable.

The Anchor House has to be the best place you could ever wish for on Symi. the prices are brilliant for what you get. We have been to Symi many times over the years but the location, high standards of finish and amazing hospitality is outstanding. The rooms have high ceilings, sea views and super cool. Shutters open or closed you wake up feeling like you are on the Mamamia set. The design of the property is very good indeed, as there are many chill-out locations in the shade or in the sun throughout the day, and the views are breathtaking and two choices - sea or one of the prettiest harbours in the area. You are out of the hustle and bustle of town at The Anchor House....it's a really nice walk to start your day heading to a taxi boat to a remote beach on the island or a romantic walk home after supper Symi town has only one beach and you are located right at it so morning swims before the beach gets busy is achievable at 8am....that's then followed by a warm shower and a breakfast prepared for you by Janine who does such a brilliant freshly squeezed juice. As you can tell we like Symi but this is a new level all together. Happy Holidays!
