Welcome to our home on a stream in Turbenthal. The house was built in 2017 and is very modern. There is a communal playground and children are very welcome. There are three free parking spots. The house overlooks a beautiful stream and there are beautiful walks, hikes and cycling straight from the house. Migros and Coop supermarkets are walking distance. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins by train and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.

Easy traveling with bus & train, station near 100m of the airbnb. With a 10 to 20 minutes walk, you are at the next "Weiher" (ponder, sea). A pleasant stay for couples, solo adventures, business trips and families (with children).

We had a great stay with Kurt. The house is full of character and located quietly in the hills overlooking the lake. The interior is tasteful and comfortable. Additionally we had nice talks and were offered a generous breakfast from local products. Unfortunately we stayed two nights only and had to leave rather early the last morning. It is a wonderful place to stay and explore the area from. Thank you.

The location is beautiful, tucked in a hillside of Weggis, the host offered pickup and drop which was very useful because it’s a little far from the ferry stop. But it’s worth the view and location. They also offer fresh breakfast to start off the day or a hike which is great especially in a place like Weggis.

Staying at Beate’s home was one of the best things that could have happened to me during my move to Switzerland. Every detail showed care and thoughtfulness. But what made this stay truly unforgettable was Beate herself. She went above and beyond to help me settle into my new life here. Not only was she kind and welcoming, but she also supported me in deeply personal and generous ways regarding the start of my new life in a new country, which is such a kind gesture I will never forget. Thanks to Beate, I was greeted with warmth, generosity, and a true sense of home. I cannot recommend this stay enough.
