I really liked the place, beautiful lake, place of peace and very nice people. The property is very well taken care of, lawn, a grace. The homemakers Adam and Rita are very friendly, gentle, receptive, good prose. The owners Valentim and Silvia extremely friendly, even gave it a delicious "family" sarau. The house is great, good bed and air conditioning, equipped kitchen and barbecue on the balcony. The "Casa Lua" is combined with the "Sol house", both facing the lake, where you can walk on pedal and kayak. A complete rural tourism. Great for those who want peace and quiet.

House as shown in the photos, clean and organized. Large, clean pool as advertised. It's not heated. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, good for walking with children and dogs. To go shopping at bakeries, markets or pharmacies, you need to use a car. It has kitchen utensils, with emphasis on Nespresso. Bring capsules. It has a gallon water filter. Smart TV. The contact with the host was smooth and kind. Finally, I recommend the experience and hope to return again.

The place is well located, very close to Termas dos Laranjais. Very structured, pools, restaurants, cinema, playground all within the condominium. The apartment accommodated the family very well. All very clean. We very much like the accommodation, perfect for children.

Our stay was short, but we intend to return to better enjoy the space and the region. Mario has great communication and hospitality, always showing himself available. The trails are difficult to find on your own, as there are few signs indicating the direction. The bedding and other structures of the house really are all first class, we were greeted with Alexa playing Frank Sinatra and the air conditioning already on. The breakfast service is worth it. the minibar is even large but the electric oven is very small but you can bake using the pan that comes with it. hot water in all faucets and in the bathtub. When the reservation was made, they created a group with me on WhatsApp, and the support was really 24/7. Get ready to wake up early, as the skylights illuminate the space well. If you forget anything, the city of Clementina is 12 minutes away and you can access a pharmacy and market there. They have a small barbecue in addition to the fire pit
