Haus Roswitha is located in the picturesque Tumpen. A small village at the beginning of the Oetztal. The house lies in a quiet neigbourhood, has a garden and a beautiful mountain view. The Oetztal is full of activities. In winter, skiing in Hochoetz / Kühtai is perfect for families. Sölden is also easily accessible. Friendly, bright, quiet garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover passing through. Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz ski resorts are a 30-minute drive away. Also other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are close by. The accommodation is located directly on Inntalradweg. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, by car 25 minutes by car. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the property, and Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have friendly furnishings on the 1st floor of our large, older house, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 minutes) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farmers' shop, bakeries, butchers are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

The place was very nicely decorated and extremely clean. The amenities were great, left nothing to be desired. In addition, the nice landlady was always there for us with good tips and quick answers. We would be happy to visit the inconvenience again.

My wife and I spent 3 days in the Italian Dolomites, in Monika's fantastic vacation home. Our stay has fulfilled all our wishes; a beautiful, comfortable and clean house, located in a great place on a mountain slope, and all the privacy you could wish for. Monika did her best to spoil us, and even brought us a few treats (delicious cake and tasty strudel)! The last 3 km to the house were challenging; but because it was very quiet with other traffic, there were never any tense situations. We highly recommend this house for nature and peace seekers, who are looking for a beautiful view of the Dolomites in a special location.

The "Hobbit cave" is really a very special place – beautifully designed and furnished with incredible attention to detail (especially for Lord of the Rings fans). You can feel in every corner how much passion is in here. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and simply enchanting – that's exactly how you imagine a little break from everyday life. The surroundings are also fantastically beautiful – quiet, idyllic and perfect for relaxing or for walks in nature. We immediately felt welcome and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, warm and helpful – you can tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to next time. We will definitely be back – it was just perfect!

The five of us felt very comfortable and had plenty of room. The hostess even came by for her birthday with flowers, very nice and accommodating. The booking and check-in was very easy and pleasant. As a starting point for climbing tours and hikes, the location was perfect! And when can you have breakfast with a view of the mountains? Had a great time!

We had a super nice time, in a fantastically beautiful house. The sauna is sufficient for 3 people, which was enough for us. Communication with the host was friendly, nice and above all quick. Parking went smoothly right in front of the entrance. And the Spar (supermarket) is 3 minutes on foot.
