This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve, representing 20% of its surface. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also built a small deck from which guests can fish or take rowing boat short trips.

A well-equipped kitchen is presented with wooden cabinetry and modern appliances. A dining table is set with plates and utensils, while a grill is positioned nearby. Natural light filters through, highlighting the green outdoors visible through the open space.

The entire place is new and prepared for our guests needs. Sparkling clean, have king -size bed 180x200, full utilated kitcken, aer conditioner, private bathroom, ambiental lights, flat tv, wifi, river view, very close to the best restaurants, River side promenade and all attractions in town. We have also an extra bed if needed, it will be with an extra-charge of 5 euro / night. Smoking is allowed only in allocated place, not inside the appartment . No party allowed.
