Located in University area, apartment on the second floor (not handicap accessible). 2000 sq ft, 3 br, 2 bath, private balconies, new kitchen. A short walk to Maple Street, Audubon Park (including a world class zoo), Tulane, Loyola. The world's oldest continuously operating streetcar line, which takes you directly into the French Quarter, is mere steps away. I live on the first floor.

Great location if you’re visiting Tulane or Loyola. It’s also just a short ride to Mardi Gras parades, Jazz Fest, and all downtown events! Home features everything you'd need for short or long stays. Cozy and comfortable, this old home has a great balance of modern updates and beautiful original features.
