You’ll love my place because of the cosy chalet ambiance, the sunny terrace with a great mountain view and accessibility by public transport. The upper flat (bedrooms 1 and 2) connects to the downstairs studio (bedroom 3) via an exterior staircase. My place is good for couples, families and small groups.

Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

We had a wonderful time! The accommodation is designed with a lot of love, and you immediately feel comfortable. Philipp is super likeable, extremely helpful and always responded to messages at lightning speed. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need – really practical! Check-in and check-out were totally straightforward, and we are very grateful that Philipp and his wife were so flexible with us at check-out. Cozy apartment where nothing is missing. Everything new and clean. Very good communication and uncomplicated hosts. Since we have a car, everything is easily accessible from there. Parking was included and the dog was also allowed. The area is beautiful and offers pure nature.

We were two families of four and we had a great time at the house. Went skiing everyday, which is a short 5 minutes car ride (Dieni: you can ski to Andermatt from there). The place is very comfortable for eight, has a well equipped kitchen, nice wooden furniture, a large and warm dining area. The location is perfect for a quiet stay, being slightly away from Sedrun. But you can still reach the town in 1 minute by car or 20 minutes on foot. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, helping us with everything we needed.

The place is beautiful. We had a great week, in paradise, in very good snow conditions and with a unique ski area. Climbing to Andermatt, skiing from Dieni, was a unique experience. I find the prices of the packages and the quality and price of the meals to be very good. The food is very good and the kids have plenty of options. We'll be back next year. And the apartment is really great, super well equipped, very welcoming, spacious, comfortable… very good value for money. Thanks for a great vacation!

We stayed here for a week in June and truly it was one of the nicest places we've stayed. The house was lovely, with so many thoughtful touches for the guests. The scenery from the garden could not be better; it was so lovely to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The location is great - well situated to take day trips in every direction, or just hang out and spend time on the lake. While in the house/garden we felt away from everything, but it's still an easy walk into the village for shops/restaurants/train station. Dieter was super helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would definitely stay again!
