Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. The 35sq meters studio is on a very calm hill, surrounded by a protected area (Natura 2000) (no concrete street), about 2 km from Afantou beach. We felt very comfortable in the place. The place really has everything you could ask for. It looks exactly as it appears in the photos :) everything very nicely decorated and totally sweet Greek flair!

The terrace features two sunbeds positioned for scenic views of the surrounding hills. The area is framed by a decorative railing and a lush green plant, with natural light highlighting the tiled floor. The calm atmosphere invites relaxation.

Amazing place with beautifully views, peace and tranquility. The pool was brilliant! Location was fab for close driving access to Rhodes, the coast and the airport. We would 100% return here when we return to Rhodes in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay in Dilek's beautiful house - from sunrise yoga and morning tea on the roof terrace, right through to our evening dip in the hot tub. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped, though it's hard to motivate yourself to cook when the restaurants are as good as the ones just around the corner.

Very friendly hosts. Everything was very clean and tidy. The son of the two kindly drove us to the main street on our departure. Thank you!

The host is very open and friendly and easy to get in contact with, he lives at the bottom part of the house. The appartment has enough space for 2 persons. Everything electric worked. Warm water and airco work good. Cleanless was enough for me but here and there some small spots are missed said my girl. You can sit around the pool, sun is shining in morning to beginning of afternoon in september then its gone. There is enough done for sitting in the shade too. Parking a car is next to the appartment, never a problem. From parking to house is walking down stairs. Water in Rhodes is good for cleaning, showering but drinking: buy bottles thats better. At the start 2 bottles are present for you provided by the host. Koskinou is a small village and has diner opportunities. Talk to the host he will give some advice about things at Rhodes. At evening everything is quiet enough for a good night sleep. During the day also not so busy area. We liked our stay and would say thank you to the host

Marouli Traditional Villa

We have spent 4 nights at Marouli Traditional House. As we were 3 adults and 3 kids it was perfect for us, having 3 double beds and two seperate bathrooms. The house is really nice and quite special, with its pebbled floor and the room layout. Everything was tidy and clean. Kostas even provided us with bottled water and a bottle of wine. The kitchen was well equipped, also with some basic ingredients like salt, oil, vinegar etc. The small courtyard is super nice to sit in the evening. We really loved it and would definitely recommend Marouli Traditional house to anyone who wants something special. Only to families with kids who are still crawling I would not recommend it due to the pebbled floor and the stairs to the beds.

La Luna Villa is the place to stay in Rhodos. Beautiful villa for a party of 10 with all the amenities you need, amazing BBQ & outside space with an amazing pool. Great kitchen for all your cooking and comfortable beds. Definitely rent a car, to go to supermarkets and beaches. There is nothing close, however Kristina connected us with a car rental company and a great private taxi that made everything much easier. Super proactive and helpful with all your needs. Definitely recommend!
