Autumn is a beautiful house , spacious and stylish , there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay . Everything was sparkling clean by the time we arrived . Very welcoming and welcoming host , responded quickly to all our requests and even gave us a bottle of great wine . We are very happy to have had memorable days with the whole family at this wonderful place . We warmly recommend it . We will definitely go back again )

Mihran was really the perfect host. Everything from helping with transportation, ski rentals and even suggesting good restaurants and helping us reserve. They were always so helpful and attentive. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups, highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay in Nurnus! Before the trip, I called Armen to ask if we should bring firewood for the grill — he said no worries, there’s already plenty at the house. He also told us that the pool will be perfect for swimming once the water warms up. When we arrived in the village, Armen met us and guided us to the house. He showed us around, explained everything, and later even called to check if everything was good — very kind and attentive! The place itself is beautiful — amazing views, gorgeous sunsets, very cozy and comfortable. The heating was on, so it was warm at night, hot water was always available, and the linens were clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

We stayed at Liana’s place for a week. It was wonderful. They were helping us with flexible check in and check out. The place is 15 mins from Dilijan so very easy to commute for tourist attractions. Strongly recommended.

What a lovely home! Super close to some fantastic restaurants and the best of what Dilijan has to offer. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of 4. The house looked better than the pictures, the outdoor area is breathtaking and we've spent most of our time there. The house is big and had a lot of beds for larger groups of people (if necessary) Everything was clean and in order, had all the necessary supplies.

We had a nice stay at this accomodation! The house is big, cozy, and freshly built, which made it feel both modern and comfortable. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. It was wonderfully warm during the winter, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is conveniently close to the center of Dilijan. Just keep in mind that the house is situated near the road. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. Tigran, the host, was fantastic! He was always available to help with anything we needed and made sure our stay was perfect.

A new house, as if only after renovation. Each bedroom has its own shower/toilet, which is very convenient for the company. There is plenty to do outside - fire pit, pool, kitten with mom walking around. In general, everything is great, 5/5!
