The studio is set up with a luxurious queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress, a sofa bed lounge, kitchenette with stove top, dining table, fridge and microwave. the studio is primarily set up for 2 guests but has the capacity for 4 guests. There is a sofa bed available to use as well as the queen sized bed. Guests have access to entire studio apartment and a single parking space out the front. Guests can access the apartment via a locked key safe. Owner to provide details upon booking. We have a key safe to let your self in but am available for any help needed Seacliff Beach is renowned for activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, jet skiing, and fishing. The famous Marion Coastal Boardwalk begins on the doorstep for a walk with breathtaking views. The apartment is walking distance to local trains and buses, that can take you into the CBD, to Jetty road Glenelg and Westfield Marion shopping centre. Local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance Our beach is wonderful for swimming, windsurfing ,kayaking , fishing and you can hire a standup paddle board right across the road

Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Very clean and comfortable space in a great area. Shower was lovely and it was really nice to have a heater during our winter stay! Concerning noise levels, the walls between the suite and the main house were a little thin (this was only an issue at night when trying to sleep), but overall it was great value for money and quite a good place to spend the night between activities.

This is a wonderful home away from home. For us it was nicely situated between the popular wine vineyards and the city of Adelaide itself which was convenient . We had a great time at night watching TV and playing board games , as well as sampling our recently purchased wine. The only thing to note is the driveway is very steep. There are 2 car ports at the top, unless you have a small car do not attempt To use the right spot as it requires a little turn to get in. The left one is easier. You can also park on the street. Definitely recommend this location.

Casa Salvador, also known as Kylie’s place, is clean, peaceful, and quiet. I truly enjoyed spending my long weekend there. Kylie is a very thoughtful host—she provided clear check-in instructions and even included a special note to be extra cautious of the slippery floor during rainy weather. Thankfully, no one was hurt. The place smelled fresh and clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I’m happy to recommend this place to my friends and will definitely return myself

Protea Cottage is lovely. Small and compact but has every thing you need, very clean and nicely furnished. Enjoyed leisurely breakfast on the back patio with late check out. Sarah is a very accommodating and friendly and made our stay super easy.

We enjoyed our stay, it was exactly what we hoped for. Although we didn’t bring pets on this occasion, it’s pet friendly and exactly ‘as advertised’ which is great. The host is friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with.

The master bedroom is highlighted by large windows offering an expansive view of the ocean at sunset. Soft light filters through the glass, casting gentle shadows. A textured throw pillow adds comfort to the spacious bed, inviting relaxation with a serene backdrop.

We especially loved unwinding on the balcony each evening, soaking in the spectacular sunsets. We even had the pleasure of meeting some local wildlife—a friendly seal who often sunbathes in the bay!
