Casa do Tanque, formerly a traditional family home, was recently renovated to provide those who visit us with an atmosphere of comfort and well-being. Located in the heart of the Geopark on one of the village's typical streets, where it is possible to visit the Calvary, it gets its name from bordering the "Tanque da Rua D'Arca" that preserves the memory of the washerwomen who secreted their lives there. Its location allows you to enjoy the historical, cultural and gastronomic heritage of our Village, without needing a car.

Casa do Douro is part of a group of houses located in Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro. Taking advantage of the privileged location and view, the guest is in permanent contact with the river and the vineyard. The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. In the surrounding area, you can take nature hikes, tours along the Douro and Paiva rivers, visit the Paiva Walkways or discover the charms of the Magic Mountains. You will be welcomed by the host Vitó who, being local and knowing the area, will help you discover the region's charms.
