Nice 27 m2 duplex, completely renovated, mixing modern and old. It has a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an upstairs bedroom and a terrace (you may meet Suzie our adorable dog). There is old parquet flooring and period tiles. The apartment is attached to our house. Located in the city center in the Colbert district, a 2-minute walk from the hyper center. Free parking is a 1-minute walk away.

I was warmly welcomed by Eric, whose relaxed attitude immediately puts you at ease. We talked about the Mustache Race, a local charity event I was participating in for fun, and he was able to give me useful information. The house, ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the city center, offers a peaceful setting thanks to its location set back from the road. A short stay at Eric's, very pleasant and I would recommend it.

We spent 4 days at La Charité sur Loire where Gérard hosted us very warmly. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood close to the Loire and a 15-minute walk from the historic city center.

A house with grandeur. Built in times when one knew what was to enjoy. Huge spaces, blissful parquet, large windows overlooking the fields where you can lose you endlessly. Laurent and his wife were perfect. The communication with Laurent (point of contact) couldn't be better. It was a privilege to stay in such a house. Thank you.

Hello We spent 4 very pleasant days with friends. This accommodation is very well-equipped, with bright decoration. The rooms are functional and the bathrooms are beautiful. Note a remarkable cleanliness. Some missing items but discussed by phone with the owner because she is very interested in feedback to further improve her home. I stayed at Jean Luc's for the yoga festival in the Loire. the room is ideally placed. the private bathroom is a plus, and the little touches for breakfast are much appreciated. I'll be back at the next festival. i would recommend it without hesitation.
