Giuseppe opened the gate as we pulled up and we stopped and unloaded our gear right at the doorstep prior to moving our car. Gated parking is always a plus when travelling with a rental car. He took the time to explain all the workings of the place which is always nice. The apartment was clean, exactly as described. Very bright with big windows that open a number of ways to get airflow. The view was also pretty nice, overlooking the ocean. The kitchen functioned well, as did the bathroom and the shower was strong and hot if you wanted that. The drive to the grocery store was less than 5 minutes, but it would be a hike on foot. We did not partake of the local eateries, but there are quite a few a short drive away. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

A spacious sleeping area is equipped with a large bed covered in a light-toned blanket. A bedside table with a lamp is placed next to the bed. Above, wooden shelves are mounted on the sloped ceiling, with light streaming through a small window adorned with a sheer curtain.

Giuseppe is very courteous, helpful, friendly and very kind - a person from other times who immediately makes you feel at ease. Cute, comfortable and clean apartment, complete with everything: large washing machine, fridge, air conditioning, located behind the Duomo with access to the historic center with shops, bar, fruit and vegetable market. 10 minutes from the waterfront. Everything is very nice. I will be happy to come back.

With sea & mountain view, a 6-minute walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One of them has a large balcony. On the ground floor is living & dining area with terrace, garden. 2 bathrooms and well suited for up to 4 adults. Crib, high chair, washer /dryer. In a very quiet location, surrounded by olive groves and oranges plantations . Water park "Odissea" only 20 min away. Matera, Apulia, Tropea about 3 hours' drive away. In the village there is a supermarket , bakery, butcher, restaurants/cafes.

Very modern clean and smart. Appreciated the zanzariere which meant mosquitoes not a pest with windows open. Great info supplied on local places to eat things to do etc. easy walk into Crotone along the lungomare. Easy parking in garden. All in all was really good and to be recommended.

Giuseppe is an absolutely amazing host! Always available, very friendly and full of good recommendations! The apartment it offers is very well equipped, modern and with weekly cleaning service. Simply perfect!

We were greeted by Guiseppe and made to feel welcome immediately. He speaks excellent English and was happy to offer suggestions about food, sights and shopping. A supermarket 20 minutes away with everything you could want and some good local restaurants nearby. It has an amazing view of the sea easily enjoyed sitting in the terrace kitchen, a very serviceable espresso maker and a comfortable bed. The apt has a gated, private, very safe parking area, which is quite large. All in all, everything exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in a couple dozen bnb's over the last 4 years and this was our best experience so far.
