Wonderful, cozy house to relax with family and friends. Two minute walk to the beach. Rooftop where you can chill feeling the beautiful sea breeze.

I would rate this place a solid five stars. From start to finish, the host was absolutely excellent — attentive and communicative throughout, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The property itself was beautiful: clean, cozy, and perfectly furnished. We will be taking tips. It offered the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility — exactly what we were hoping for. We especially appreciated how peaceful the surroundings were, making it easy to unwind and recharge. Another plus was the location. There were several attractions and points of interest nearby, which made exploring the area both easy and enjoyable. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend this place to anyone. We hope to return in the future!

Darren’s place was just what was needed to find reset. Helpful guest services, ample space and the views and settings were perfect. Highly recommend this place if you need to getaway from the hustle and bustle.

The house is very nice looks like the pictures, definitely well kept. Spacious enough for 6 people. We had 4 people in our group. Beaches coming from this house are a minimum of 45 min away. This property is close to a lot of restaurants those being about 15min away. Airport is about 35min with no traffic. Felt safe in this area they have a security guard that patrols the area. The property manager asked if the groundskeeper could pressure wash during our stay—I agreed, not realizing it would take the whole day. He arrived at 10:30 AM and was still working after 5 PM. Luckily we were out most of the day, but coming back tired and seeing him still there was frustrating. If we had stayed in, it would’ve been a real issue. Future guests—confirm how long any maintenance will take before agreeing.

Awesome place to relax while staying in Trinidad! No need to go to Tobago when we had a beautiful time here with family and friends. Alicia was an amazingly nice housekeeper/host. We appreciated her responsiveness.

Maurice was a great host. He was accommodating to all our requests, was easily accessible and replied quickly to any questions we had. The location was peaceful, clean and safe. The place also comes with a friendly house keeper. I highly recommend this airbnb property.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Tenisha was amazing and super helpful! The place was comfortable and safe we felt right at home. It was nice to meet other Carnival goers as well we had a nice group staying in the house. Mr P was super friendly also! Tenisha also arranged our transportation and it was the best! Honestly nothing bad to say, she is so hospitable and gave us so much info about her beautiful island. This was the best carnival experience!!

I had a great stay, the place was so welcoming. The property manager lives on site and is always available. He is so kind. He even let us adjust our booking when we missed our flight. The pool was great. I definitely recommend staying here! It is uphill from the main road, so be aware of that. I had a car, so it wasn’t a problem for me.

Our stay at Villa Patricia was amazing! It is a lovely home in a good location. Tenisha is very professional and responded quickly to my various inquiries. She recommended a fabulous guide who took us on a fabulous tour of the northern coast up to Avocat waterfalls. She also connected us with a very reliable taxi driver who came right on time at the early hour of 6am to transport my best friend to the airport. Mr. Placid, the host, is one of the most genuine and warm-hearted hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We had a great time "liming" over sips of local rum and enjoyed great conversations; he taught me a lot about local customs. Our safety and comfort were of topmost concern to Mr. Placid. If you stay at Villa Patricia, I have no doubt you will be most satisfied!

I had an awesome time for my birthday at Tenisha's place. The gentleman that watches over the house is very sweet and helpful. He gave me a full tour again although I had been there and took his time to explain everything. I was allowed to bring over a few of my cousins to hang out. I made sure they respected the house and were cool. Thank you to this comfortable home, I felt like it was my home away from home.

My stay was amazing,the place was clean and quiet just what I wanted ,Mr Placid was friendly, helpful and was always there to make sure I'm ok , I'll definitely visit again .

By far, the most comfortable and affordable place my wife and I have stayed at. The owner was super accommodative and very friendly!!! 7 stars!!!!
