Ideal for fans of bullfighting given the proximity to the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza. Also noteworthy is the short distance to the Teatro de la Maestranza. Ideal for visiting Seville during Semana Santa and just fifteen minutes from the Feria de Abril venue. The loft has a spacious open living room with high ceilings and an integrated kitchen. Among the most representative buildings near the Loft are the bullring of the Maestranza and the theater of the same name. They are located two minutes from the Guadalquivir River, a river of great importance for the city and through which they can walk quietly. Although given its location that makes it not necessary to travel by any means of transport, being in the historic center, there are only a minute's walk from a tourist bus stop where you can get to know the city. At the same stop, you have the possibility to hire a river trip along the Guadalquivir River. There is also a Bluemove stop in the area where you can rent a tour. For athletes , there are a wide variety of businesses nearby where you can rent bicycles, electric scooters, and segways and hire tour guides. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can leave your car. The location of the apartment is privileged giving a stroll you can access all the outstanding monuments of Seville such as the Cathedral ,Barrio de Santa Cruz, Alcazar.And in the same neighborhood you can enjoy its ceramic museums,the famous Triana Market,churches and we can not forget the flamenco rooms and the magnificent bars and restaurants where you can taste our wide culinary offer ranging from the most traditional cuisine to the most avant-garde cuisine. The apartment is located in an old neighborhood house,recently renovated ,but where the essence of the building has not been lost.It has a central patio that gives access to the elevator where the apartment is located and its magnificent terrace where you can rest after your visits. If your arrival is through the airport of Seville you can arrive by taxi or bus EA(airport service).The bus will leave you at the Plaza de Armas and arrive on foot in about 10 minutes. Cozy apartment at Seville's city center with all facilities. We like to make our guests feel at home. You will find all the basics for breakfast, what-to-do indications, wifi and useful local information.
