Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Três Coroas

I spent the weekend with my family and relatives. We went to Gramado to celebrate my grandson's 3rd birthday. The city is great. The property is excellent. Airy, well located, very spacious and cozy. Everything is very good and as described on the website. The host was very friendly, helpful and patient with me, given that I got lost on the way to the property, but it wasn't the host's fault. Anyway, it was a wonderful weekend. I recommend the property and the next time we return to Gramado we will stay in this space.

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is friendly and Silvana too! You can book without fear and in addition to being beautiful, it has a great location! Thank you for the beautiful accommodation, I felt at home with my family ♥️

Perfect apartment, one of the best accommodations I've ever had on AIRBNB. All by listing and even better. Apartment in front of the Stone Cathedral (Nossa Senhora de Lourdes) in Canela. Brand new and super well maintained and equipped. Access to 2 underground parking spaces (side by side and fits any vehicle/truck). Elevator. Apartment on the second floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a very comfortable suite, and another social bathroom. Hot water on all faucets and showers. Hot/cold air in the rooms. Automatic blinds. Wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Barbecue in the kitchen (large charcoal). Large living room and bedroom TVs. Balcony overlooking the Cathedral. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, duplex refrigerator, all utensils and also washer/dryer. I emphasize the differentiated service that Diva gave us, always very helpful and quick in answering our questions. My family and I (5 adults in total) were very satisfied. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. We were close to several markets, pharmacies and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great, they were always available and responded quickly.

What a wonderful place! One of the best places I've ever stayed at on Airbnb, Juliana always responded on time, the person who greeted me was her husband Gilberto, who was super helpful, explained the space and the surroundings very well. Excellent experience!! The house itself is amazing, but all the attention and care the hosts give to their guests is something that elevates the stay to another level. My husband was on his birthday and put some heart cutouts, my son did not feel very well on the day of checkout and were super flexible worried about his well-being, leaving us calm for a late exit after his recovery. Only compliments, we will certainly return. Thanks for all care and kindness.

My stay was wonderful. The house is in a beautiful condominium, easily accessible and close to everything. Extremely cozy and pleasant place, air conditioning working perfectly, hot water in the bath, fireplace in the living room and bedroom and an amazing view of nature! (I slept every day with the windows open). recommend!

ALL IMPECCABLE! Without a doubt, the best experience we've ever had on Airbnb. The house is beautiful, super well-equipped and thought out in every detail. We came with a 6-month-old baby and an elderly person with reduced mobility, and everything worked perfectly. Accessibility grade 10, children's corner, full kitchen (with dishwasher!), heated floor and even a first aid kit. It had a crib, stroller, washing machine, powerful dryer, bedding and towels of great quality. The air conditioning is amazing — you don't want to leave the house! We were also greeted with basic items in the kitchen, which makes all the difference for those who arrive tired from traveling and want a black coffee. The location is also great, with easy access to Rua Coberta. Nice and Luciano, thank you for all the affection and attention from start to finish. We've stayed in great places, but this was incomparable. Seriously, I have absolutely nothing to suggest as an improvement. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We'll be back for sure!

Just like the photos, a well-arranged house met all my needs and we spent 5 days very well and warmly in the house, we can enjoy Gramados and Canela, which is beautiful, thank you for hosting.

I highly recommend Daniel's house. It is cozy, well decorated, extremely clean and with all the necessary utensils. It is in a very quiet condominium and close to several attractions. It's very easy to go to downtown Gramado and Canela and have a lot of fun. The check-in and check-out process was super easy, and Daniel was always very kind and helpful in all our conversations. It made me want to stay longer in the house, and I would definitely go back there on my next visit to Canela!

The location was perfect for resting but at the same time easy to get around downtown. A completely impeccable place, there is no better word for it. We were greeted with great kindness, very calm communication, without any stress. The accommodation matches the description exactly. The apartment is even cozier than in the photos. We certainly want to come back in the future.

Valdecir was very attentive and the directions were clear, always ready for any questions. The accommodation is exactly as described, excellent beds, sheets, towels, everything very neat. It has a very good location, 2 blocks from Hard Rock cafe, quiet street, close to service station, supermarket, restaurants, etc. to get to know and stroll through the center of Gramado. Totally recommendable .

Perfect place! Hosts Vanderlei and Luiz put on a show of kindness and sympathy. They facilitated my group's check-in and stored our bags until later. Ah! They respond super fast too. The apartment is extremely well equipped, with everything working perfectly. When we arrived, there was a bag with jam, toast and tea. Very thoughtful! We went as 4 people and the environment was perfect, even though it only had one bathroom. The condominium and the region are also a show, a place that is all wooded. I was confused about whether the living room spaces, shown in the photos, were private or belonged to the condominium. In fact, everything is private, in the photos it looks bigger (not that the size is bad, it's more because in the photos it looks like a common area, but it's not). It is an apartment, where the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine that contains the living room with sofa beds and the other bedroom with air conditioning. I highly recommend it and I would definitely come back.

We didn't know Gramado and we went for Easter. It's a beautiful apartment, very complete and clean. It's centrally located and close to everything, very easy to access. The handover and return of the keys is very flexible, we arrived very late and we left in the early morning and there were no problems. We stayed 6 people and an infant and it is ideal. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, to highlight their linens and towels. All spotless
