Perhaps the best thing to say is just "go", because the chances of you being positively surprised are huge. It was definitely the best experience I've had in many years of Airbnb. The accommodation was a wonderful experience, filled with kindness, care, attention and courtesy. We feel like we are being welcomed into the home of old friends, in a place that is a delight. The only bad part was leaving.

Amazing house! Spacious, comfortable and super well located! For those who have pets, it is ideal, all fenced in, it allows for security and rest. We will certainly return in the summer to enjoy the pool! We highly recommend it!

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is friendly and Silvana too! Perfect apartment, one of the best accommodations I've ever had on AIRBNB. All by listing and even better. Apartment in front of the Stone Cathedral (Nossa Senhora de Lourdes) in Canela. Brand new and super well maintained and equipped. Access to 2 underground parking spaces (side by side and fits any vehicle/truck). Elevator. Apartment on the second floor with 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a very comfortable suite, and another social bathroom. Hot water on all faucets and showers. Hot/cold air in the rooms. Automatic blinds. Wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Barbecue in the kitchen (large charcoal). Large living room and bedroom TVs. Balcony overlooking the Cathedral. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, duplex refrigerator, all utensils and also washer/dryer. I emphasize the differentiated service that Diva gave us, always very helpful and quick in answering our questions. My family and I (5 adults in total) were very satisfied. The place is surreally beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the house leads directly to a valley. André was super attentive the whole time, even allowing the possibility of checking in early if the space was available. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. It has a beautiful lake where we had a picnic, went paddle boating and enjoyed the contact with nature. There were ducks, rabbits, sheep… all of which gave a special touch to the stay. Some points that could make the experience even better: I missed having a frying pan in the kitchen (despite having plenty of kitchen utensils), the pillows were quite full, so for those who prefer something lower it might be good to bring yours. And a TV with better quality and positioned for the bed would be great, especially for those who enjoy watching a movie or series in the cold. Overall it was an excellent experience, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

We love the house! Just like what's advertised. We were even surprised by the size! Super spacious. Large rooms, clean and fragrant linens and towels. Well-structured kitchen with washing machine, microwave and oven; wood stove and barbecue. The location is simply fantastic for those who want moments of peace. A beautiful view of nature, you can only hear the birds and the waterfall.

It was a spectacular Christmas as a family. Marlise, thank you for your attention and affection! The house is very cozy with a privileged location in front of the lake. All great! Thank you!
