Spacious clean apartment, close to the park and a short walk from the colonnade bridge. At night, we were delighted with the peace and quiet of the location.

Barbora was friendly and flexible, the flat is very nice, in a nice environment next to the river and in a calm neighbourhood. Clean, tidy and well arranged for a confortable 4 people stay.

The apartment was exactly as it was in the photos. Everything clean, comfortable. Nice big apartment suitable for 2 guests. It's a new building, which corresponds to the condition. We spent a pleasant 3 nights there. What bothered us was that the shower had no door, and everything was wet. I recommend adding a mat to absorb water. Or the door. The second thing missing in the bathroom is a fan. There is a window, but showering right next to an open window is not the most pleasant, especially when it is 1st C outside. I think that in every bathroom there should be a fan in addition to the window, especially if there is also a toilet, and in a new building it should be a matter of course. Also, the kitchen extractor was not led to the exterior, but was recirculating. Another faux pas for the new building. Of course, we didn't go there to cook goulash, but the fire sensor, located above the hot plate, was triggered when we boiled water. I recommend placing the number 2 on the door, because after entering the building you do not know which door is apartment no. 2.

One room flat within walking distance to the train station. Situated in a residential area, very quiet even during the day. Basic features, suitable for sleeping and cooking. I recommend exploring nearby villages and mountains. The flat was indeed very bright, the sun enters in the morning and delivers a good start into the day. Communication with L'udmila was good.

The place is beautiful, clean,really like the photo. The apartment has good energy and such a "homey comfort". Great satisfaction and thanks 😊We will be back!

Filip´s place is great, and he is a great host. Very cozy appartment, we enjoyed out stay there. Filip also provided a crib for our baby, and even though there were some minor issues in the appartment right before our arrival, he solved them very creatively and to our satisfaction. Only minor inconveniences were a little weaker internet at times and, for me personally, the curtains did not provide as much shading as I would like. However I absolutely recommend staying here, great value for the price.

Check in was flexible, the owner of the flat came for me at the station. There are a lot of shops, a pump,etc. I spent most of my time walking around and trips, the advantage is a close mhd stop. The apartment was big,clean and nice, I felt at home right away. There are two balconies to the flat,one from the living room and one from the bedroom. There are blackout curtains throughout the apartment, different lights can be adjusted, the blinds are for the controller. In the living room there was a tv,a nice built-in kitchen equipped with all the necessary,etc. The bedroom has a good bed with a good mattress,bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom had a large shower,ventilation,hair dryer,laundry detergents, and basic hygiene. The owner always responded quickly to messages, I recommend the apartment 100%.

Everything was clean and the apartment is really the same as in the photo. Several bus lines pass near the apartment, and you walk about 10 minutes to the bus stop.
