Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Studio du Lac is located on the Belle-ferme estate. Independent entrance, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a majestic building dating from the 19th century. The studio has a bathroom, an arranged kitchen, a warm seating area with its pellet stove as well as a beautiful space for your meals. For sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. The apartment offers you a beautiful view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Possibility to visit the estate.

Fully equipped studio apartment. Welcoming with its 22m2 space offers a feeling of timeless comfort created for special moments and a peaceful stay. Its 140x200cm double bed guarantees quality sleep. By prior arrangement, 1 paid parking space is available at the foot of the house. The charge is CHF 10/night. Payment must be made no later than the day of the Guest's arrival. Payment methods : Cash or via Airbnb's resolution center.

Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie (draps retirés, nettoyage vaisselles, toilettes propres, poubelles vidées, aspirateur). MERCI

Hi there, thanks for checking out our little chalet in the woods :) If you like nature, this is the place to be. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
