Sempervirens - Lovely house in the hills

Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

È circondata da boschi di castagni e querce secolari, dista solo 10 minuti di auto da Borgo Val di Taro, il paese principale.

L'appartamento si trova in una palazzina tranquilla nel pieno centro paese, in una posizione strategica per il trekking a piedi, in bicicletta o a cavallo. Nel quartiere si possono trovare panificio, farmacia, ristorante, bar ed alimentari.

The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

A 3 minuti di macchina dal paese (Langhirano) dotato di tutti i servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermercati ect..). Silenziosa ed immersa nel verde. 20 km da Parma. Parcheggio gratuito in loco. Il vostro alloggio si trova nella stessa struttura della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio e il giardino sono invece condivisi ;)

There's a big garden, the swimming pool and a lot of nature. Our place is in the magnificent Lunigiana near to the 5 Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Lerici or the Nationla Parc of the 100 lakes and Parco dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. The car is a must-have to reach the place.
