It is ideally located 6 minutes from the pretty beach of Pors Treillan, and opposite the legendary fishing port of Guilvinec. The house has 3 bedrooms on 2 floors and a dovecote converted into a landing serving as a 4th bedroom. With its sofa beds it can accommodate up to 10 people. Ty glaz- Secured heated pool - 700 m from beach

150 m2 accommodation in a residence in the center of Guilvinec, 700 m from the beach. Completely renovated in 2024. In a very quiet setting, it has a 1000 m2 private garden. A private, heated and secure salt-treated (no chlorine) pool, a large 190 m2 terrace, and a veranda. Open from April to end of September. The rest of the year and only a Jacuzzi is available. It offers beautiful spaces, and all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.

Relax in this quiet and stylish home 5 minutes from the beach and children's games and 7 minutes from the shops, port and market. Small house facing the ocean , quietly located between the tip of Treffiagat and the fishing port of Guilvinec , 1st artisanal port of France on one end and Leuhan beach and its marshes on the other.
